I would not suggest booking a U-haul at this location! My appointment was at 10:00 am. I arrived at 9:50 am. The owner did not arrive until after 10:15 am. When I arrived I still had to wait for him to set up. I didn't get to get my U-Haul until 10:30 am which threw my whole day off!

Chequanna WorkmanI put $60 in gas to the full line, he still charged me an extra $9 for gas. He charged me for 6 miles over the limit at another $7. At that point they were Nickle and diming me, not to mention wasn't the safest place to drop off a uhaul.

Loretta T McclainThe vehicle had not been cleaned inside. The mirrors and windows were quite dirty. As soon as we got out of the driveway, the check engine light came on. Otherwise everything went very good with the vehicle. It probably needed oil change. Thank you. And yes I would lease again.

norris JacksonThe employee was a half hour late at the location when I arrived for my pickup. Truck was dirty with potato chip crumbs all over the place. After St. Louis, the check engine light came on and remained on throughout the rest of the trip, even though no symptoms of trouble happened. It was difficult to shift gears, and the passenger door sounded like it wasn't closed all the way.

Ryan NafzigerThe check engine light was on. Not a huge deal, but not something that gives you reassurance when needing to drive 13 hours. My appointment was for a 9am pick up. His store doesn't open until 10am, but he didn't show up until 11am to actually open it. By the time I left, I wasted two and a half hours. Called the district manager but got zero follow up after my first call inquiring about what was going on with this store. This was my second negative experience picking up a truck from a different Uhaul locations in two days.

Linda MilbyWell the first location uhaul sent me to didn't have anyone there that could help and then they didn't have a truck for me then they just told me to go to another place,that place,that was 2001 Broadway, then i went to 15th and Broadway and gave him my reservation number and he got ahold of uhaul and had it switch to his place and he took care of me

TELLY HARRISi rent the trailer yesterday at 12:47 pm, I returned today at 10:50 AM and the person from this location make pay him for another day when it was not even 24 hrs, he claimed that i told him i was going to returned at 10 am but i had a medical emergency this morning that make get there 50 min lates but still within my 24 hrs rental period

John HolmesI put the gas back were it was started smelling gas and was told i was 25 dollars short on gas what a rip off i put gas in the truck across from the location and went straight there i rent uhaul all tje time have never experienced anything like this before would like to have my 25 dollars refunded or i will let tje better buisness location knpw about this rip off really frustrated
ELAINE SELLERSThe store owner showed up 30 mins late didn't answer either numbers that where on the site when we reserved it and we reserved our uhaul for 10 a.m. he gave a weak apology for being late which doesn'tmake up the fact you were late and he didn't give us the extra 30 for him being late given that we only reserved for a limited time. We called customer service while waiting for the store owner and sat on the phone waiting just as long to talk with someone. Once we were done and returned the uhaul he inspected the uhaul for damage obviously and told us we would be charged a $30 fee if it wasn't swept out. He didn't even inspect the damn thing from the previous driver because literally picked the keys out of the drop box then gave them to us with our contract. Very unprofessional I definitely would bot recommend this place to anyone this place made my entire uhaul experience awful I will not be using again.
William BryantReserved a usual at a location and it wasn't there. Chose that location on purpose due to the proximity to My house and where I was going. Staff was not helpful in explaining the issue or helping to resolve it. Essentially gave a shoulder shrug and offered no financial reimbursement for not having the trailer. Sent me to a second location to get the trailer "if I still wanted it". That location was supposed to open at 10:00am. I arrived at 10:10 and the location wasn't open. There were 5 people waiting outside the door. I called the first uhaul location and they again offered no help. They sat in silence and then finally said it wasn't their store. Not their problem. The second location employee showed up at 10:30 and with waiting in line and him opening the store and checking in the overnight trucks it was almost noon before getting my trailer. Worst experience of my life. Will not be doing business with uhaul anymore.

STEVEN PIERSONThe representative showed up late, the vehicle was dirty and smelled really foul. The entire time I had it I had to drive with the window down so that I could breath. I had a half tank of gas and when I returned the vehicle I had 3/4 tank and he refused to debit me for it. If i had returned the vehicle with less than half tank I would have been charged a ridiculous price for gas. His answer was that he don't make the rules and it wasn't his problem. Really terrible service. I would like to be refunded for my gas.

Christopher MorleyInstead of sending Emails stating their pick up location has changed call the customer and see if maybe their needs have changed and discuss what location has what they need. I had gone without a truck for four and a half hours. With that, I had to pay more money out for my helpers, I didn't get all of my stuff moved with the truck and it made everything a HUGE MESS!!!
Nicole RichardsonThe drop off location was 23 miles from where I had requested to drop off. It was in a terrible part of town and it was after hours. I'm an older lady and had another older lady with me. It cost an extra $10 in gas and I was charged extra for mileage for having to go out of my way. Very unhappy. Will never use uhaul again.

WILFREDO GOMEZ REYESI reserved a 7am pickup that was switched to 10 am (opening time). When I came back at 10 the gentleman working couldn't find my reservation, when he found it, he claimed he didn't have a truck and it took me a full hour to get a truck and leave the property at 11 am. At this point I was 4 hours behind schedule and far less than pleased.
Paul MilesI would be good if the attendant would be more up front in explaining the policy's and would make the adjustments when the truck is returned. I had to ask about the refund due me because I used less mileage than estimated when I rented the truck.

Anthony JenkinsThe reason I'm giving the location an above average recommendation is because of the women who waited on me. She was very efficient and extremely helpful. I had preordered two dozen blankets and she had none. I was sent to another location and they had none. I finally drove to another part of town to get them. The truck and overall experience including the cost were exceptional. I would highly recommend uhaul and use them again. One others thing, the low deck design and twelve foot clearance make it extremely easy to gas up most anywhere.

Joseph TuckerOwner over charged me for the truck. Charged me $80 for a 6ft truck that was suppose to be under $40 and on top of that was an hour late opening the shop. my pick up time was at 10:30 am, shop didn't even open until after 11am was suppose to open at 10am.
