Location itself wasn't the best. With big rocks instead of gravel in the entrance. That could easily damage vehicle and trailer tires. Secondly the lights on one side of the trailer was out due to broken wires underneath that was hanging. And damaged/pinched wires on the front of the trailer that I didn't notice because the attendant hooked up the trailer. The ground (white) wire broke eventually. So I put a connector on it so the tail lights would work.
PATRICK GScam artist, you reserve one thing and they say it will be ready when you get here, only to show up and they not have and then up charge you for what they have, all the while telling you that they will honor the original price, definitely will not, horrible customer service, just stay away and use another company

WESTON RThe employee was outside at the trailers when we arrived. He got in our car, backed the trailer in its space, and we were able to leave quickly. He was very friendly and he dislocated the trailer once placed. Very convenient location for us. Merci.

DAVID AI have a $186 charge for something that I have no idea about. The individual that "worked" there told me everything was fine. The truck was clean and returned promptly. I have no idea where this charge came from and I will be reaching out to corporate to figure it out!
ADAM RVery difficult to deal access and no help. When I returned truck on Saturday afternoon, early, the app failed the return process. The location had to manually return the truck on Monday, next day they were there. They tacked on a lot if bogus charges.

NICK PParking lot was basically a big mud puddle. The whole rental process was terrible. I went online a couple weeks before my move and ordered a 15' truck from a different location. About noon the day before the rental date I received a text saying that my rental had been changed to a 26' truck and that someone would call before 5pm to confirm. I waited several hours with no call. Since I did not need or want that large of a truck I called customer service, which was not a good experience. Between the long hold times I was transferred to four different people before I finally got someone that could help and found a 15' truck at this location, however this location did not open until 10:30 on Saturday, where the first one opened at 8:00. No problem, I was told I could use the App and pickup when I wanted. That was also a nightmare and there was nothing easy or convenient about it. First problem was the App would not recognize that I was at the correct location, it said I was not and it would not allow me to proceed any further. I called the customer service number I was given, it was a little before 8am. After a very long hold someone finally answered the phone. I explained the problem and the rep immediately said she needed to transfer me to another location. Again on hold, meanwhile I had my wife call the 800 number from the website on her phone to see if they would answer. Someone finally answered from the 800 number and was able to help, she had me log into the website instead of using the App (which is what U-Haul recommends). The rep wanted to disconnect once that issue was resolved, but I insisted she walk me through the rest of the process in cause there was another issue ( which there was) and I would have to wait on hold forever again. I was at the pickup location for an 1 hour and 15 minutes. That first number I called transferred me into the abyss, no one ever answered. U-Haul has a serious issue with customer service and the online pickup process.

ken aI don't know if the location was clean or inviting we didn't see anyone or go inside a building. Was a big field with U-Haul. What I would like to comment on is Ryno's in Canton NC. We tried to drop off there and the gate was locked with a chain and no one would answer the phone and we were there after the posted opening hours. So we had to drive 20 mins further (45 mins out of our way) to drop at the Waynesville location at Mattress Goddess. And I was on hold trying to reach someone from U-Haul to talk to the entire drive from Canton to Waynesville

Took it back and was charged a cleaning fee. Plead my case but the guy working didn't care. I will never rent from U-Haul or this place again.
Krista RIncredibly rude owner. Trying to charge a cleaning fee for some leaves on the truck and lying about the returning fuel when there are pictures of the correct returning fuel. I will absolutely never recommend this location for both U-Haul business and their own business. I feel like I am being scammed by this business.
MICHAEL LThe drop off location had their door locked at 3:30 in the afternoon. We called on the telephone and the man/owner said he would be out in a few minutes. As he was approaching our vehicle with the U-Haul. He started an argument with us that we had to back the the U-Haul up a muddy hill, in the rain, next to some jagged rocks. When I explained that I didn't want my new Lexus SUV trying to back up in the rain so close to the rocks and the highway, the owner started arguing with us and told us to find another Uhaul location. We had just driven from South Carolina to North Carolina and had no idea where another location was. He then said we were on private property and to get off. We realized we had no choice but to try and back our vehicle and the U-Haul up the muddy hill in the rain. After trying to guide ourselves in the rain, We finally did it but our car along with us were a mess. We will NEVER use that Uhaul location again!

Wesley BAll three locations I uses were sub-par. The attendants did not know how to use the system to reserve, book & invoice for my rental; they had to reach out for assistance from superiors due to lack of system knowledge. The breaks on trailer were malfunctioning. The cleaning fee post use, is not valid because I personally cleaned the unit before leaving the drip off site (as shown in furnished photo w/time stamp), no-one present at drop-off site during working hours, there was no response to my numerous telephone call attempts to reach attendant at drop off location. Extremely poor experience!

Received call for 2 days about returning at or we would be charged an additional fee. The business to drop at off at doesn't look to be a business it all. But I finally straightened it out I hope.
Valencia MAt NO time was I told I was only allowed a certain number of miles. VERY poor policy! Makes no sense to calculate miles from rental location to drop off location when you clearly have to drive additional miles to load and unload destinations. And then to NEVER be informed of overage fees. Will most likely choose another rental company in the future.

Wendy JThe Uhaul employee was nice and got his job done. However, the appearance of the location was not good. There was a mess all over the place. Including a random open bottom of shampoo on the table, an open bottle of Roach killer, a child's piano toy, random furniture marked with prices all over the place, the list could just go on. Personally I think this location needs to be heavily updated, this made my experience uncomfortable and not pleasant. I will be using other Uhaul locations just to have a more professional and pleasant atmosphere. I felt gross after walking out the building.

Victoria MI was confused about turning in the rental when the place was not open at the noted time on the web. I finally saw the drop box and left the key at that point. I then talked by phone to a staff member later to make sure all was completed with the rental. I was assured that I had completed the return appropriately. Thank you for completing the rental at a convenient location.

Richard GLeo was great to work with. He explained the insurance options which I was unaware of and reviewed the contract with me. Then he walked me out to the trailer I rented and helped me attach it my Jeep, adjusted the chain lengths, and plugged in the lights. Then he walked me to the back of the trailer and showed me how to open and close the doors. Then he checked my turn dignal and brake lights to confirm everything was good to go. The 5x8 trailer was in good, clean condition. It pulled really easy and straight down the highway. I'll definitely ask Leo to help me the next time I need a trailer or truck rental.
