Took 75 minutes to get my rental, didn't have the truck I reserved so had to drive a larger one, had marked on rental was wrong, employee blocked truck in with their car and didn't move it for ten minutes. Awful experience.

Warren PAs long as they don't keep charging me for a trailer I turned in it will be fine! The last truck I rented from there got charged for 4 extra days because UHaul claimed it was never checked in. I checked the trailer in myself today upon return.

christine lThe tongue of the trailer was buried in frozen dirt/rocky ground, the parking lot is all rock and dirt. It took 30 minutes to clean it up and get it hooked up to my car. *****It would be nice to have a trailer lineup that doesn't weight 2000 lbs, I don't need a trailer that weights that much and it makes the vehicle burn tons of fuel.
rich eThere was only one blanket and no dolly. My new POTTERY barn cream sofa was dragged across the floor of the truck and permanently damaged. I was required to sign a waiver to hold harmless the movers. Since there were no blankets.although I gave them several of my blankets.

Chloe WThe online service could do more to emphasize that your location for pickup may change. This has nothing to do with the location itself or its staff. This is about the online service as it was not emphasized that my original location which was mandatory in order to get a morning load in for my move would suddenly switch to a location over 30 minutes away which required me to pick the vehicle up a day earlier than anticipated in order to maintain my schedule. If not for the people at the two locations I don't dealt with, my entire move might have been screwed up.

GREG ROur checkout took well over an hour due to a uhaul glitch. Even though my receipt and odometer showed a little over 1200 miles, the system was showing we went 20 000 miles over our allotted amount. Which was ridiculous, you can't even drive 23 000 miles in 5 days. From start to finish, issues on uhaul send, not great experience.
Donovan GTruck was in poor condition they did not check fluids we had no transmission fluid we had to buy transmission fluid, no oil dipstick was smoking, no oil cap, truck was dirty, no air conditioning, we broke down twice overheating!

PATRICK CWhen I reserved truck, the location was 5 minutes from my house. 24 hours prior to pick up, I was told I would need to drive an hour and half to pick up the truck. The staff at the pick up location were great
Thomas LWhen were trying to drop the truck off, it was so dark. We couldn't see to park, had trouble finding the key drop box, and take pictures. We paid for 68 hours, but only got 60 hours.
Paula ADropped off after hours. Called earlier in the day and staff was very helpful.

Matthew mWhen you order a truck with a moving dolly, and moving blankets a month in advance, and you go to pick ip the truck and they have no moving supplies, just a truck, there seems to be a problem! No one said those items won't be available, so we could make other arrangements. A truck doesn't help if you can't load it or protect your furniture from getting ruined. If U-haul is going to use that location, then they need to send what you ordered to that location.
CHARLES MDid not receive an inventory checkout sheet and the link was expired so I couldn't notate it upon leaving. Luckily there was no damage to the equipment but it would be nice to have.

John NThe truck I was given was filled with mud! It did not drive right! Was all over the road and I was afraid to drive it but had no choice! It smelled so bad in the inside that I was so sick to the point I was throwing up!

Nathan HComputer system problems caused me a lot of stress. they didn't give me items i booked. they didn't know the self-processing mobile method at all and made me stand around while they figured out how it worked.

Seth PCan you call up and complain to somebody about a truck they should be more helpful and saying we'll take care of it for you like I said on the previous paragraph I called the person I'm as soon as I opened the door open the truck that's all puddle of water and Grandma's Attic and I told the woman at this location she said just let them know up there she passed it off to somebody else instead of taking care of my problem
