Staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the process and very easy to work with. All turn in questions were promptly answered. I'd pick up or return another trailer here anytime.

Rick AImprove the app when purchasing, extending or making changes too an existing rental. Better time management on the app through this process would be great. Took us an extended amount of time to even get the purchase & keys. This definitely needs improvement. Otherwise I have no other complaints. Truck was clean & well maintained. The truck Drove exceptionally well. Upon returning the truck, we had more problems with location on the app, this was too verify we were at the right location for drop off. App would not allow us too specify which location we were at so we could do our return. Luckily, there was a worker there that helped us get thru the process. He was very nice and helpful.

Amanda KWent to KY to pick up a car. Upon making it to the location, they had 2 tow dollies. The 1st 1 they tried to give us had several issues. The hooks didn't work & 1 tail light was taped up. Due to the hooks being damaged, I couldn't use that 1, so had to use the 2nd one. This 1 was probably worse than the 1st, but we were barely able to get the hooks on the latches of the suv. 1 of the tail lights were out and didn't work. Now if I was just going down the street, although it is unacceptable, it would've been ok. I however was going from KY back to TN. So clearly, it is a safety hazard only having 1 working light. The ratchets on the dolly were rusted something bad! It took all I could to get the straps tight. On top of that, the straps would work loose and I would have to stop periodically to check them to make sure & tighten them back up as needed. Luckily I had to stop & get gas shortly after I got the car or who knows what could've happened. Overall, the place & the people were great! The dolly however, was horrible! I could've used a chain & pulled it better than this dolly! You really need to check your products better & update & replace as needed! Both dollies were in bad shape, but I was stuck & didn't have a choice in the matter.
matt hSelect a drop off location closer to where the person is moving, not 35 miles away and then charge them additional mileage because they went over the allotted mileage. I picked up the truck, went straight to residence moving from and parked it, drove to new residence then went over mileage driving to your selected drop off location. I also swept the truck twice and they charged me $10 for cleaning. Called to request closer drop off the day of, was told nothing could be done. Really considering Penske the next time I move.
