My experience was great. It didn't take long. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable.

Jon KThis location was over 80 miles away from the location we reserved. They did not have the moving blankets we reserved and needed. I will be sure to flood social media with poor reviews of U -Haul!! The stress of moving, then sending us to one location 50+ miles away and finding out the truck was not there and having to drive an additional 30 miles to a very rural location. This took 5 hours out of our final day of preparation for a cross country move. SHAME ON YOU U-HAUL!! Discounted the fees by $150 for 80+ miles and 5 ours of our time. NEVER AGAIN!!

GARY BApparently, the mandated U-Haul check-in process is not entirely conducive to this location. The drop-off location personnel. though, were very helpful and explained why it took a bit longer than usual.
Edward ERenee and Pam provided excellent customer service. We always get that from them.
michael pLockable trailer hitches would be very helpful and a great feature. I appreciated the fact that the tires on this trailer were in like-new condition.

JOSEPH WThe UHaul was not ready as a 24/7 as promised so we had to wait until they opened which put us 3 hours behind schedule. However, when they opened the gentleman that helped us was very good and made the experience less frustrating.

Mike LHello: Thank you for the receipt as well as the follow-up email. I do want to point out an issue we encountered in regards to payment on this transaction. When picking up this U-Haul 20' Truck. I inquired about our AAA discount applicable for U-Haul to the clerk that was checking me out. She just looked at me and asked what is AAA so I showed her my AAA membership card and mentioned that I should receive a discount on my U-Haul reservation. She bluntly told me that she didn't know what AAA was and didn't have any idea of what the discount might be or further more how to apply it. Rather than argue with her or try to train her on her job I told her to "forget it." Furthermore when she was reviewing the contract she circled a number and told me that if we should have any troubles to call this number but not to expect her to come help us. Okay????? When I got out to the truck, I unlocked the doors, checked the cargo area and proceeded to get into the cab and drive. I found I had to drive with the windows down in 30 degree temperature as the cab reeked of cigarettes and although I did not see a "No Smoking" sign, it was offensive to me as a non-smoker. The main concern I have is in regards to the AAA discount that I did not receive and the lack of service on the clerks part in trying to provide us with the discount. We have been AAA members since 2006 and even showed the clerk my AAA membership card which she simply dismissed as not a valid option. If this place of business is going to continue to work with U-Haul, they should know the applicable discounts and be trained on how to apply them. Below is the specific discounts offered to AAA members for U-Haul rentals. I would appreciate the applicable discount to be applied to this receipt and that this information be shared with this business and its employees. My AAA membership is: 4382708225069010. Does Uhaul offer AAA discount?The truck rental company is AAA's exclusive truck rental partner. Members can save up to 20 percent on truck rentals with free unlimited miles on one-way rentals. David LPersonally, I think a buck a mile is a tad on the high side, but you're not going to change that anyway, so....
MIKE SI had signed up for truck share 24/7 to be able to pick up early in the morning, and was assigned to pick up at this location. As I was about to leave to pick up my truck though, the pick up instructions suddenly said that this location only can be picked up at normal hours, and I would have to wait until they opened at 8am. This made me late to move out of my apartment and overstay my lease, and I may get fined by my landlord. This is unacceptable to allow for a location to be used for truck share 24/7 when it is NOT open 24/7 for pick up.

Valerie RThe trailer was not properly hooked up to my truck. The trailer was not down on the ball of my hitch. When I got to Harley Davidson of Madison and they went to drive on my motorcycle the trailer popped up in the air off of the hitch and the guy's there at Harley Davidson had to redhook the trailer correctly.
melissa pHave the equipment at the location that it was reserved at. I had to go to a location 20 minutes further away and was not informed of this until an hour before my pickup time. This put me behind for the rest of the day.
John SPoor unmarked parking without lighting or adequate signage
Richard PHad to drive 45mins out of our way to pick up truck. We tried to call to change location, sat on hold for over 30mins and we finally hung up. The truck was dirty and had trash laying in the back. The cab smelled like smoke. Not happy with this Rental at all.
Dale PGet better customer service at u-haul corporate. I won't be making another rental with u-haul ever.
Darlene Dhook up was a bit hard for only one person, was parked in a grassy area so had to be spot on for hook up. Would be nice if trailers had a jack stand so a person could back under the hitch.
Mark STrailer was old. Reflector literally fell off the back. Door was very difficult to raise and lower.
Paul WI wish I had an answer, but this whole transaction was so complicated and frustrating, at this point I guess I'd say, put right on the advertising on the sides of the vehicles that all types are not available in MOST locations. Sorry, but this whole episode still has me wishing there was more competition for you. Pretty unbelievable !

GARY DDid not receive any confirmation notice after original rental process. Would have liked a text 24 hours in advance acknowledging the contract and the the trailer is in stock from the rental contract. Otherwise it was a good transaction.

dennis sOnly one employee really understands how to process a rental. Nobody offered to help hook up the trailer, or even show me which one it was, so i had to match the number on the paperwork to the correct trailer in the lot, back up to it unassisted, then hook it up myself, check all the connections, lights, etc...
