it took 35 min to make the reservation. also i repeatedly told them i wanted to return it to Fort Collins and they booked it to Loveland. I asked about why and they said that was closest. I later made the change to drop it off in Fort Collins. plenty of room.

The folks at Mazo Hardware were helpful and friendly. The truck was easily accessed and picked up. The store was welcoming.
