Tried to do truck pick up and return from the app. Ended up going into store because both processes were terrible. would recommend never doing app pick up and drop off just let the place the truck is at help.
Eric GI tried to go with the local dealer and put the reservation in a week in advance for a 15' truck. I was told close to my move date only bigger ones available in my county. Hanover had the 15 , since the apartments we were going to have car ports around the building a 15' was most convenient. It was inconvenient for me to have to build in an extra hour or so to travel 15 miles north, then 15 miles back south. All this after I reserved a week in advance!
Daniel NAfter using U-Haul for my move from Monroe to Jonesville, I swore I would never use U-Haul again; however, Hanover is just a few miles from us and we needed a trailer to pick up a lawn tractor in Jackson (Michigan). McClain Hardware was extremely friendly and helpful. We purchased a small trailer hitch and picked up a trailer from their well stocked choices of trailers and got the tractor home with no problems. Return was simple and the people again helpful. We will utilize U-Haul again if we can use McClain Hardware; otherwise probably not.

Scott SI ordered a dolly and when I got to my location, it wasn't in the truck. I asked at the hardware store if it was there and she said yes. I called the store after my move on Saturday to report it and the brother said he would let them know.
Marguerite BI would like to be contacted in regards to charges that were made to my account that were not supposed to be there. We had the poorest customer service experience, we were mislead and told incorrect information which lead to more charges. I will never use this company again or recommend it. I am highly upset and dissatisfied and I would like to be reimbursed!!!
