The 15' truck we rented performed extremely well from Michigan to California (2 322 miles). Not one hiccup!! So thankful.

Mike MLack of parking space. Self drop off doesn't have the barcode to start the process. Hard to get to with large truck.
Ryan BThis was not the original location that I identified in my reservation and was changed at the last minute. It was 20 miles out of town and resulted in me going over my allotted mileage and U-Haul charging me extra. I reserved a 10’ truck but was given a 15’ truck instead. I didn’t need this large of truck and the extra gas it took also cost me additional money than what I planned. I reserved an appliance hand cart and this location did not have what I supposed to get. He gave me what he had and I was able to make it work, but they were obviously not ready to handle my reservation.
Justin WWorker that checked me out and went out to the trailer was rude and yelling because I couldn’t hear him while he whispered questions while facing away from me. Then the straps on the trailer were ripped and he knew about it so I had to use my straps. Almost didn’t rent the trailer because of him. He also got the drop off location wrong twice. So I had to call and get it corrected after leaving.
