There's nothing to improve everything is perfect great customer service the U-Haul truck was clean and we had a awesome person who attend to us Michael was awesome he has so much experience all the way around tell him thank you for greeting us with a small and with respect tell him we said thank you we're coming back again in June and we want to have him to wait on us

I had problems returning the truck using the app but I called and customer service was wonderful.

I did not even use the truck literally didn't even crank it up and was still charged almost $70 dollars. They where not willing to work with me. Also was still charged for insurance. Lack of communication and not people friendly.

I thought I had a good experience with U-Haul. I bought the car hauler back before the time allowed and the Manager checked the unit back in. The agent was friendly and very helpful. UNTIL I checked my bank account. There was an additional charge from U-Haul for $105.74. The extra showed a late fee for $20 and another charge for leasing the unit. Reminding you I used the unit for 3 hours total and the hauler was back to the store location before noon when the store closed. Now the charge was $191.49. When I original spoked to the another agent on the phone to make the reservation, the charge was $85.42. I paid the $85,42 when I picked the car hauler. NOTHING was said $85,75 was a down payment. I emailed U-Haul customer service about the overcharge for the U-Haul car hauler. I heard NOTHING back from customer service. Not a thank you for the receiving my e-mail for the complaint. Or we're get back to me with a reply. I've used U-Haul in the past and did not have any issues regarding the charge for the units. I'm very disappointed with U-Haul.

Excellent UHaul location to rent from (600 So. 18 Street, Waco,Ts). Highly recommend!!! The check-in gentleman was kind and knowledgeable. He explained everything perfectly and made our whole moving process a breeze. Many thanks!!

This vehicles a/c unit stopped operating about halfway from my destination. It was very hot inside the vehicle, with temperatures above 100 degrees. I arrived at the location in Waco, Tx. around 6:30pm. and wanted to discuss the issue and possibly reimbursement, but the office was closed. It would have been nice to be able to discuss the a/c problem.

This was where I finally got a truck. It was the only location I went to that was actually friendly and helpful! Overall, I had to go to 4 different locations to pick up a reservation that I made weeks ago and reserved with a credit card! The first one got moved to a different one. That one was the wrong one or got moved again or something, so I had to go to yet another one. That one had the trailer but not the truck, so I had to go to another one all the way downtown, get the truck, then go back to #3, get the trailer, then go all the way back to my home - which is across the street from the original location by the way. Plus, they were "out" of the dolly and blankets I reserved. Why did I even bother???

The man that ran this location was wonderful. This was the third location I had been sent too for my reservation pickup. You need more folks like him and Nikki in customer service .

if a customer reserve a dolly with the truck, please make sure it is on the truck. I reserved one and there was not on the truck. We had to lift the boxes.

The gentlemen here took great care of me with this rental need. I wasn't renting a huge truck or trailer, just needed a utility dolly to help move my daughter into her apartment at Baylor. Best decision made that day! Made the effort super easy instead of manually carrying one box a time from parking garage to elevator to the apartment.

The location was dark and a drunk male was laying next to the lock box and I was scared to get out my car. This location needs lights at night and or security.

Mr. Mike McDowell was so kind and considerate - he stayed at his place of business specifically for me and the reservation I had, even with a bad storm having hit Waco earlier that day. He was kind enough to hook up the trailer, showing my son and I how everything was to be done and answering our questions. He was very professional and kind through the return process as well. Really appreciate Mr. McDowell.

Dropped the trailer off after-hours. I would not have been confident I was in the right place if not for the other UHaul trailers around the lot. Left the paperwork in the box like the instructions said, and it was processed early the next morning. No complaints, just very little interaction with them.
