Please have better signage. The street address for the business is not visible from the street. There is a single sign with a single arrow which, to my eyes, points to a location in the back of the lot (note: Google Maps is actually worse, pointing at a location which appears to only be accessible by walking a quarter way around the block!). Having better signage would have saved me about 30 minutes of urban exploration after we arrived. BUT, once I knew what was going on and how to proceed, conducting business was a pleasure and went very smoothly.

Great prices , very helpful staff and always felt safe and secure regarding myself and my stored property at all times . Very highly recommend this facility for any storage needs.

MARK BMy experience with Meekland Storage was great, but my experience with U-Haul was horrible. I reserved my truck online and when I arrived and used the the app to pick it up, it said that a vehicle was not reserved. I had to call the owner of Meekland Storage to help and he had to redo everything that we had already done online. It was time-consuming and frustrating.
KELLY RThere is NO ACTUAL IN PERSON REP AT this location. They did NOT call 24 hours in advance. I had to call them when I arrived. The woman was rude, and reported the system was down. Directed me to drive the corporate office 2 mikes away just to have them tell me to return to this location because they didn't have any trucks. Once I arrived the caller put her husband on the phone to ask me to not curse anymore. I NEVER CURSED AT ANYONE!!!!! HE was rude to me and then my wife also called to try to figure out what was going on and the woman rep again was rude to her!!!! Then a third person, named Serge, who worked for a different business got involved who DOESNT WORK FOR HER OR THE STORAGE PLACE AND AFTER 1 HOUR PROVIDED ME WITH KEYS!!!!! Wait what!!!??? How does a NON UHaual employee have access to the trucks and keys and the owner of the Mekland Storage didn't even tell me how to get the keys. I had to wait for this woman to call him to hand me the keys!!!! He owend and operated Wilderness Unlimited which was another buisness in the same location. He mentioned this happens WAY MKRE THAN HE LIKES. After reviewing the reviews online, We ARE NOT THE FIRST PEOPLE WHO HAVE DELT WITH Tiffany and her Husband Josh and was not treated like customers. Shame on you Uhaul for allowing people like this to represent you. I WILL USE PENSKE OR BUDGET MOVING FORWARD!!!! I DONT CARE IF THIS MESSAGE NEVER GETS read, I will do everything in power to make sure the next family do NOT have to be treated like trash by these people. I'm also VERY concerned how my personal data may be compromised by folks that don't have the authority to have it!!!!!! #Lawsuitoften TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! TERRIBLE , TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. Robert MI lost several hours because of the app. The people managing the location were very nice and accommodating. I liked them. But I think the location and app aren't that great.
Stephen RJosh is a great guy. He will treat you with respect and is very understanding. Strongly recommend if you need affordable storage in a secure location.
