Representative would not help disconnect or inspect trailer at drop off. Took myself and wife to lift trailer off hitch. Said I wanted to have trailer inspected before I left. Representative said would not inspect trailer till someone returned in about half an hour.

Rudy LWe drove 40 miles I put 20 bucks in to bring it back to 3/8th the guy lied charged us 50 for gas 30 fill up fee it was 3/8th tank when we picked it up got charged 2 days when we returned it same day. Will not you u haul or let any one else I know use your company again!! Want refund of stolen money!!!!!

Irma JThe 15' truck we rented would barely go over 45 mph and the padlock for the door would not work. I called the location and he said bring it back but he had no replacement. He said I would have to rent from someone else if I did that. I was also charge the $30 safe move and told him I had not selected that. He said he would remove it but it was on my final bill.

tom cBad part of town, run down auto shop where U-haul is an after thought. They were polite, got the job done well, and the trailer was functional. But it wasn't clean, had a lot of damage, and we felt like we would get charged for damage that we did not do. So we made a video of everything. However no attempt was made too charge us for random stuff, so it was just a feeling.

Thomas RThe lighting was really dim. The guy there was easy to deal with. I just dropped off the key and went on my way. We didn't look at the vehicle together or anything. Quick and easy which was super nice.
brandon tI've rented a uhaul on 3 different occasions in the last 2 years. Every time it was fast, easy and fair. Never had any issues with the process or any of the trucks. I recommend them to friends and family any time they need to move or clean out storage. Will keep going back in the future 100 %

Fernando BBoth front tires on the trailer were too worn. One blew out, and when roadside assistance arrived we found the other was just about to go as well. Wish I had checked the wear bars but honestly I think I just tacitly assumed that level of inspection would have already been done and that U-Haul wouldn't rent out equipment with tires that are worn out. Lesson learned.

Robert AI personally wasn't there but a family member picked up the equipment for us. They said it wasn't the best professional looking place but the guy was nice and the equipment was good. It did so its job over multi states so it was a good experience over all.
