The drop off went fairly quickly and was very nice. I liked it was a son/pop shop. I have complete respect with it being family orientated.

antoinette tGreat experience, I really appreciate the service.
Lance HThe people were nice, but the older man didn't know what he was doing. I was told it was $25 a day, but was charged $48 at the beginning. no mention of what the $32 was and now I know it was insurance. I'm insurance agent with Country Financial and did not need it. I told him I needed it for 2 days if the price was $25. turns out it was $35 and with the insurance, it bumped it up over $100 for use in city. I was going to do the 1 day, but the old man said to keep it for the 2nd day. no biggie. his words. I won't go back there again now as I paid $40 more than I should have for 2 days and if I had known, I would have returned the first day on time. just bad communication
daniel nI will never do business with Uhaul again. I have never worked with such unprofessional, blatantly lying people in my life. I don’t care how far I have to drive, I will go out of my way to get a Penske or some other brand. FUCK UHAUL!!!!!!!!
