Be open when it's time for you to be open, hours said opened 8 am to 5:30 pm was there to pick up truck scheduled @5 pm arrived @4:50 pm and office was closed. luckily a worker came around 5:20 and it all worked out.

Improve your operating system for your rental locations. The process was cumbersome and open to errors. The rental location tried hard to make it all right but in the end the contract had errors and was nearly impossible to correct. The only call back time available was 0400 on the customer service website. The rental location was able to reimburse us the error but probably had to absorb the loss themselves.

I found it extremely hard to start the engine. Had to push the key in with all my might. It may have also required pressing the brake on extremely hard. Stopped at the post office. Couldn't get the engine started. Asked another truck owner to help.He recommended the above. Meant to mention to U Haul owner. There was a slight ding in the driver side windshield .

Folks were great but apparently didn’t check in the rental after i turned it in in person so I had to followup with Uhaul as it was listed as not turned in.

Things go done but posted our return 2 days after we actually dropped off. I do respect that they were swamped in snow, so , i'm sure that had something to do with the timeliness of the paperwork. They were helpful when we arrived, but, inundated in snow, they had no place for us to park in the lot. It was a mess but it all worked out in the end

I reserved a 26' truck and Uhaul said twisp wA didn't have one so o reversed plans and got in Spokane valley which cost me a round trip rather than one way just to find out later they have one in twisp.... bad and costly for me!
