Reservation only allowing 1 way from this location is frustrating, but worked ok for me… this time. I understand the business model, but maybe a fee for allowing reservation a week in advance, or some solution.

Josh Jprice changed in the app goping from 217 to 281. Ordered the 10' truck with a dolly and blankets. Recieved a call entroute - on the bus one way- seeing if I still wanted that truck in the town, I said yes. When I need to xfer busses I get emails saying my truck is now 357. 4 hours later get to the town, no truck, truck is not in a neighboring town over a short miuntain pass. I have to get a 60 dollar taki ride there, an hour later I arrive.. its a 26' truck with no dolly. no blankets. 300 in gas later I'm finally home, call uhaul customer service (Super nice people!) who take all the notes, and offer back 50 because the truck wasn't where it was supposed to be and 49 for coverage that was added without asking. Management will get back to me about the truck being the wrong size. It feels like There was a truck no one wanted because of the extrordinailly high gas prices that needed to be moved to the west side of the mountains and they found a stranded sucker to do it on his dime instead of theirs. The truck drove fine. The drop off site was good, with good people.
