the whole parking is one large mud puddle.... insane. otherwise there was plenty of space to park

Nicole RYou say there is an after hours charge however the fact that the feed store is not open on a Sunday which is an optimal moving day and you chose to charge me additionally is ridiculous especially when you offer mobile pick up and drop off if there doesn't need to be a counter person there to pick up why are you charging people extra fees if the store is closed there should also be a mobile drop off which we completed. You're just charging people extra and that's a complete scam.
Steven RThe representative in Alexandria was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I booked the trailer on August 20th for September 1st and 2nd. The original location had it in stock. The next day, I got a call that it wasn't going to be available at that location and they sent me to another one but that location was still close to our house. On August 29th, I received another call that the unit was not going to be available at the 2nd location and was only available for pickup 45 minutes away in the wrong direction to where we were going and it had to be dropped off at that same location or else we would have had to pay a substantial penalty. The reservation platform was not updated properly or the equipment would have been where I ordered it from.
Jean MWe had to drive 50 km to go get the truck at our own expense. Then I had to drive 50 km back to my home town to begin moving. Then it was the same to return the truck at the end of the rental, so the extra cost for the km's plus our fuel for both vehicals and time, we should have been refunded or compensated. gilles lFirst location we went to bearings were no good so had to go to different location. Would of been nice to receive some sort of compensation.

William EVehicle had an inch of mud throughout the interior, and dried raw eggs all over front and windshield. Clearly exposed to location and did nothing to clean. Attempted to charge a clean fee and charged for more fuel even though it was returned exactly as it left (almost empty) - go somewhere else
Brian BFirst off, I booked well in advance and on the day before,your head office called me to tell me that I could not get the truck that I ordered at the time and location that I had ordered it. I was only able to pick up the truck at a different location which was further away. This cause much havic because I then had to get someone to go out of their way to drop me off to that location at the end of the night to pick up my personal vehicle. I was also told that I could pick up the truck at 2pm and it did not arrive until 3pm. This meant that our move did not start until 3:30pm and it was dark by the time we finished unloading. Our voluntary help were very upset that we took their complete day when it originally was supposed to be just the morning. Not a good day! The owner at the pick up location was very respectfull, but this was not his fault. He did his best to help me.

pierre lvery poor service. additional charges in dispute. being ghosted, no reply. I dispute these charges and never agreed to this. There is no explanation as to why the charges increased. Your rep called Steve the Regional Manager who agreed via conference call to the return of the truck to your location as transmission was faulty and that there would be no additional charges. If anything I should have mileage reimbursed as I paid for 80 miles and only used 36. In addition gas used is incorrect and you have charged me 50,88 for 26L for a truck that was undriveable, AND which should have been $1,85/lt Please reverse these additional charges to which I do not agree. MONICA HI HAD reserved a month and half before my move, the personnel were excellent, however the district manager was advised on three different occaisions that I had reserved before anyone else and I was put on the bottom of the listing for the larger of the 2 trucks 2-bedroom truck, ended up haveing to take the smaller truck inwhich I could not get all of my effects in on moving day..I had to leave things behind and fill my car with items on the long drive to my new location. There were costly items, and have lost them due to not withholding the correct size vehicle for my move..this should definitely be corrected and district manager should care about those who reserve with plenty of time to give them what they requested. Carol NWe reserve to pick up in our village St Isidore and we have to drive 30 minutes to another village Alexandria. We were notice a week before of the switch and we have to pay the gas and the kilometer to pick it far away from the original reservation. We pay for 2 furniture stroller and they don't have it in Alexandria.

Bert VThe gas tank was half full, I had to fill it up before I could gon on my trip. This cost me an extra $90 that I should have to pay. The location and pick-up time was changed for me at the last minute, I lost almost 5 hours because of this. The truck was late for my pickup, costing me more time.

Brendon FI had to go get my trailer 40 min. From my home, I had reserved at 15 min for my home. Impossible to let it closer to me without pay 100$ fee... Verry stupid. It was the first time that I rent à trailer with you and It will be the last. And evrything is in english... No french, evry instructions is in english only... No french no spanish. It was really hard and long to speek french to somebody... À evrey location most People dont know what they are speeking dont know if there is the trailer I was looking for in an other location.

Matthew DWe had booked back in April for a 20" truck and car transport at the location in Laval - for 9am on June 05th. The day prior, we received a call from Uhaul that our truck was not available at the laval area but a 15" was available (we ordered a 20") and it's HAWSBURRY, ONT (not Laval) at 4:15pm (instead of 9am). The agent and supervisor on duty were unhelpful, rude and unsympathetic. Looks like booking at Uhaul seems to be more of a suggestion than an actual booking. We later called the tool free number and spoke to an agent who found a 20" truck on June 04th ready for immediate pick up in Alexandria, Ontario. Therefore, we have to drive 1,5 hour each way from Laval to get the rental. The lady in Alexandria will very kind and helpful. Needless to say, we will NEVER use Uhaul in the future and will make sure to share our bad experience with others.
