U-Haul had no gas, the entire carrier was full of trash, styrofoam, and broken wood and lumber. In order to move, I had to not only put gas IN the vehicle but also CLEAN the entire carrier out.

Customer service was exceptional. Had difficulty finding the location and the provider stayed on the phone with me to assist in locating them. Service was above and beyond from beginning to end. Would highly recommend!

We got to the lot only to realize that our application was still being reviewed and needed two different phone calls to two different people to verify my account. If I would have known this prior, I would have arranged it but that has nothing to do with the location or people there but with your process.
Hope SI was apparently the first customer the employee had rented a truck out to and the process in the shop took much longer than it should have. I also was not given any kind of contract or receipt, so I didn't know how many miles I had to work with or where they even started to know in the end that things were charged accurately.
Andrews CThey can provide the furniture pads I paid for, but was not issued or reimbursed :-( Location was clean and staff friendly but a little slow.
