I was given mobile service but a code was never given to me and the location had to help with a code which took over 30min. If they weren't onsite at location, I would've been stuck without help. Also the U-Haul had no gas and had things inside from previous renters .

There was nobody in the location and I never got a code to open the lock box. Had scan barcode on the already reserved truck and go over the rental process again. Lost about an hour time.
JOSE RU-Haul had no gas, the entire carrier was full of trash, styrofoam, and broken wood and lumber. In order to move, I had to not only put gas IN the vehicle but also CLEAN the entire carrier out.
erik tCustomer service was exceptional. Had difficulty finding the location and the provider stayed on the phone with me to assist in locating them. Service was above and beyond from beginning to end. Would highly recommend!
