Mobile app is horrible, we arrived 25 minutes early and it took nearly 45 minutes to realize only google chrome works to pinpoint our location. Communication your app works with chrome would be helpful. Also the truck doors barely latched, check engine light was on and the truck shifted hard making it hard to accelerate . I'm sure it's expensive to service your vehicles but damn. This was my first time using U-Haul but I've heard the horror stories. I thought they were exaggerated but apparently they were spot on. Gonna go with Ryder next time even if it's more expensive. At least they have a smooth process.
Daniel Nthere was no one working, you just left trailer and hope they check it in for return. I attempted to use this location one other time to rent a truck, the access code was not proper to access keys and i had to rent from another location that had a human working at it, automated systems arent always efficient.
CRAIG JYour lock is hard to open to get the key out. For some reason our phone did not pick up the location on the GPS at the exact spot we needed to be even though we were parked right in front of the key box.
James RAwesome, made my reservation online, walked in and was out of the door within minutes with a truck and everything I ordered. Used the truck, pulled up to the door, walked in and was checked out within a minute. Before I got home received my receipt by email. The entire process could not have been easier and will use this location again!!
Robert SIt was a shit show. Truck was reserved on phone not either location for 8. The call b4 said 10. The truck wasn't there when we got there. Drove to another location where truck was there but no keys. We were late bc we had to go back to first location and get bigger truck. It was hard to manage. I received email saying we didn't return the truck. Then a receipt saying we did. Lack of communication.

Steven RNo improvement is needed, The service provided at pick-up and drop-off was outstanding. They understood my needs and helped me understand how to hook-up the trailer, and quickly checked me in when returning.
MICHAEL H"Daily" rental rate is supposed to be for 24 hours I brought back the trailer in 10 hours and got charged for 2 days. When i called the location to complain they gave no satisfaction.

Robert HEverything was great with the exception of 1 of the tires on the trailer was bald and should have been replaced before allowing it to go back out. Especially considering they knew I was traveling over 1000 miles. Most definitely was border line as to the tire in question had 2/32 of tread.

Jack MThe app sucks to drop off. Even with full background location data allowances, I couldn't upload a picture of the dash for mileage and gas and then uhaul charged me for more miles. Didn't interact with anyone or anything specific to the location. Uhaul just sucks.

Rick KVery quick and simple interaction with the attendee. Hooked up my trailer for me and off I went. Returned it a few hours later and they disconnected the trailer, inspected it and I was back on my way. Glad to see they have an increased inventory of Uhaul rentals at this location

Andrew BU haul is out dated in that they still use flat 4 wire plugs when all modern cars and pickups with trailer package use 7 wire RV plug. This forces customer to have or buy adapter from u haul to hook up to trailer. Also u haul has no tongue jacks which shows disregard for customer safety, forcing them to dead lift tongue to put on or off tow vehicle. Because you are cheap, I have to risk injury renting your units.

wendy cCharge me $40 for an extra day that was only 6 hours late and I called to tell them I was going to be late. I filled the gas tank and drove 55 miles when I turned it in the gage was a little about 3/4 full and that was where it was when I picked it up. I was charged for 3 gallons of gas.
David mThe U-Haul mobile app, was very difficult to use. This should not be a reflection on the location as I am sure they have no control over this. To be perfectly frank, your app is awful and I will not use it again when needing a U-Haul.
Bret MI can never get the app to work. I always have to go back and click the link to pick up or drop off the trucks through the website.

Douglas TDrop off location apologized for the unsafe trailer we were given and took full notes on what was wrong with it.
Emily LThe person who used the car carrier before us brought it back covered in mud. You could not even see the Uhaul paint or logo. It was a mess, but it worked fine for our purposes. We did not clean it before returning it because it was so badly muddied. On a good note, the young man who helped us was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would rent again from this location.
michelle jSelf check process was horrible. The app did not load so I was unable to check-in my vehicle and had to take additional time out of my day to call and get it cleared up. I like U-haul, but will definitely rent from a store location next time.
