The truck mirrors were filthy, but the birds just won't seem to stay off of them! Great location, easy access and excellent office manager!

Anthony JFuel was not actual on receipt. I returned fuel level (less than full) to the rented level. Added 3 gallons for 25 miles, for a 15' local use rental. They charged me a top off fee of $8.55, which means their trucks get 5 miles to the gallon mostly empty? I take before and after pics of mileage, fuel and condition always. I've rented about 8 times in 4 months for moving local, there needs to be a more accurate Guage or computation.

Brian WI actually booked the rental at the storage location at Carlyle Road and 161 in Belleville and the man there was extremely helpful as well! He and the man at the location where I picked up the trailer were both very helpful. I appreciated them both very much!
Sheri CThe u haul web site is terrible! It constantly fails. Generally after filling in all your data! There is no reason it should take 45 minutes to close a rental. MidAmerica and it's people are terrific! But the U haul rental program should be scrapped! I would be very reluctant to go through that again.
Steve LThe gentleman that helped check me in was friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain how to hook the trailer up to the 26ft uhaul. This was very much appreciated! The only issue I had was driving a little further to pick up the uhaul-the uhaul closest to me did not have the size truck I needed.

Joel PCheck engine light was on, I informed clerk, ended up being spark plug and ignition coil misfire which led to a very sluggish truck and very bad gas mileage…probably paid an extra $75-100$ in gas due to this

Gary UUnlike my other location rental a month ago that called hours in advance and offered to hook the trailer up without request, none of that this time. I even stood outside 10 minutes before the guy came out. The return site for both rentals was very responsive however.

Lawanda WTonight, I'm in shock!! I went to U-Haul because I trusted their equipment and their representatives. This is not the Case with this rental. I rented a car hauler, I did this in Illinois and traveled over 900 miles with this trailer. When, I got home and removed the chains and straps, the car was being backed off when the trailer completely came off the bumper of the truck. The attendant didn't connect the trailer correctly and his inspection to ensure safety did not happen. My aunt and I could have been killed with so many other individuals because of the lack of professionalism to ensure your customers safely. So yes I'm terribly upset with this experience to say the least.
James RThe truck was very difficult to keep steady as the alignment was very bad. It was a lot of work keeping it in my lane. The drivers door was not easy to keep closed as well. The vehicle needs servicing the attendant was very friendly and helpful and said she would arrange the maintenance. It's very dangerous to be driving, still the truck was a big help even considering the issues.
James MThe gentleman was helpful getting everything set up, however less than a mile down the road, the door fell off of the trailer in the middle of the highway while I was driving. I called the service number to explain I was able to return the trailer to the same location. I was told that I would receive a call within 3 business days from a manager about a refund, however I have received NO such call. My money should be refunded, and I should be compensated. I drove 4 hours to St.Louis to be able to pick up furniture, and came back to Indiana empty handed.

MARK STwice as expensive as expected
ISAAC DI'm a little disappointed that the UHaul dealer in Okawville, where I reserved the transport, couldn't service me... they set up a transport at the new baden uhaul dealer. Then they didn't have one and I got shuffled to the Belleville dealer. The place was fantastic, but 20 minutes away and 20 minutes back when there is a dealer in town less than 2 minutes from my house... 5 day notice should have been enouf time to get one delivered to the closer store..
PATRICK SI actually used them 2 times in April to rent trailers to move to Atlanta. Brandon was as helpful those times as when I returned the equipment yesterday.
