Didn’t realize I needed to take picture of odometer and gas guage before I handed key in. Perhaps the owner of the pick up location should explain all of that before hand.

William HThe entrance to the facility is extremely difficult to get into and has no space at all to turn the trucks and the road leading to the facility isn't wide enough to turn around on either.

Anthony MTruck was excellent. Agent very helpful and knowledgeable. However, NOT notified in advance that 2 hand trucks I had ordered were not available. It made moving more difficult. However, helpers recommended by U-Haul were excellent. Could not have asked for any better.

Chuck DU-Haul has the most aggravating ad arduous process for picking up a vehicle. At one point I was being asked for an emergency contact, alternate emergency contact and a passport. All I want is to pick up the vehicle and use it. Moving day has enough difficulties if it's own, U-Haul only exacerbated those stressed. Absolutely would recommend against going with such a terribly organized company.
David Oinclude all items purchased/rented. The 5 dozen blankets and two dolly's were not in the truck that was rented. The items were overlooked by Mid Carolina Self Storage.
scott wMy experience with the Uhaul at 3315 US Hwy 1 in Vass, NC was great! Joe, I believe he was a regional manager was super kind & knowledgeable. He guided my husband and I through the entire pick up process and even shared some laughs with me; which really made me feel very comfortable. I would like to say "Thank You" to Joe and to the Uhaul team for making my rental experience very smooth. I will definitely recommend the Vass, NC location to others. Merci!
