Business was closed and gate closed at 5 with no drop off instructions. Minimal room for after-business hours drop off. I squeezed the trailer in between a U-Haul truck and the fence. If my rental was larger than 5x8 it would have blocked the business entrance gate.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGet a lockbox lock that actually works. I sat for an hour on hold with uhaul because the lockbox code I was given did not work. I was finally able to get a code for a 15' van, I was told they couldn't reduce the price since I had reserved the 20'. No fault of my own I could not access the keys to the 20' making my move much more difficult. I expect a FULL refund and will leave 1 star reviews everywhere until this is handled appropriately. From the beginning this process was a nightmare. Noone has reached out to be about this and judging from my receipt I am still being charged for the 20' which is ridiculous. Uhaul is the absolute WORST.
Patric RCustomer service at the site was outstanding as he provided information and help when I could not get it done through the mobile App. During the rental I used the App for an extension of two days. The App checked to make sure the truck was available for the extra two days and submitted my information and payment. For some reason it did take it into the system. I received a call from the dealer saying I was overdue. I explained what I had done and returned the Truck Clean and with the required fuel. but did not receive any information on what happened. I tried to use the App to check in the truck, but I would not accept the photos for miles or fuel so the dealership had to enter my closing information.
RICHARD MMerchant was not on location at time of pick up. The uhaul app interface is atrocious, complicated and frustrating. There are too many external factors that interrupt useability, lack of cell service in area, system would not accept valid photos of truck. Overall horrible experience. This was also due to a network outage on uhaul systems. Customer service was not able to offer any assistance. I expect a partial refund for inconveniences that were of no fault of my own. Thank you.
Matthew Cfirst off. th website and app was down so you could not use this to pick up the truck. the owner of the property was too busy come help even though he knew there were two people waiting. it took 2 1/2 hours before the site allowed me to get the code for the keys. after i got the keys the app did not allow to upload photos. tried doing that for an additional 1 hour. all total waited in a lot for 3 1/2 hours. Never use this site again.
