Was charged for a extra day even though it was turned in the same day we rented and prior to the store closing. The store can verify this with cameras. store refused to resolve this situation will defiantly rent from another location next time
Kevin CThe vehicle had a muddy driver's side interior and the cargo area interior was dirty as well which required sweeping before I could use the vehicle. I removed a dustpan full of clear plastic trash, dirt, and leaves. The ramp was covered with red clay. The turn signals did not blink (front and rear driver side and passenger side).Since the windows were not automatic that meant using the window crank up and down each time. The 1st time I went to unlock the passenger side the entire mechanism fell apart and came loose from the door making the door unusable so my passenger and I had to use the driver's side door. This is my 2nd bad experience at this location. NEVER again!

Keith RThe exterior and interior were 'acceptable' clean, but, for example, the windshield was so dirty that the wipers couldn't clean It (with leftover rain water) and there was no wiper fluid, or at least none came out when attempting it. As is often the case with u-Haul vehicles, they are adequately maintained, but steering and suspension --if it were one's personal vehicle-- were not as one would want. The office staff are fantastic, overall the van worked fine for me, the whole process went smoothly and the cost was fair.

Sara MTire pressure indicator was on when I got the truck, but everything else was clean, ready, and very easy to do the self check in. Will be using this location in the future.

Using the 24/7 capabilities to pick up and drop off the truck was efficient and easy. I will definitely use this service again.

Darius MThe uhaul website needs a serious overall for customers wanting to do pick up/return after/before hours. Lots of glitches. Ended up having to call customer service to help us complete online checkin to get code to pick up. If you are going to have that as an option make sure your site actually works to accommodate that.
Philip DCharged fir cdw when I specifically said no to it. Then when checking out to complete rental still charged me $20 fir cdw. I will be disputing charges.

Richard BThe employee on duty was sending snapchats while assisting us which is extremely unprofessional. When he hooked up the trailer for us, he didn't tighten it all the way. When we tried to leave the premises, we got locked inside the gate and had to track him down for the code.

David MEveryone isn't savvy with all the self checkout features. I struggled through it but my parents would have been lost. The clerk wasn't the friendliest either. Other than that all was great.

Frances FDONOT lie to them like the guy lied to me. Wanted to rent the 19,95 a day truck was told it was unavailable. I stay ONE mile away from this location. That truck I am speaking of was NOT I said was NOT moved all day. This is wrong for up saling to make the store. $$$

Sean CMy pick up location was changed BY UHAUL, but this location did not have all the equipment on my rental reservation. I should have at least been informed by the UHAUL agent when she called to inform me the dolly would not be available. Otherwise, all else was great!
