The reservation was made online and the option was given to pickup the vehicle at the facility or virtual. I choose to pickup the vehicle in person as this would be during normal business hours. I also checked in online to save time in the morning and therefore elected to skip the phone app. However at checkin the process was switched to virtual and a frustrating half hour was spent trying to get a photo of my license uploaded. The vehicle was nearly empty of fuel, however mechanically was fine. Upon return, the process was again virtual and I was unable to load the requested photos. Luckily a person came to complete the checkout.

Amy CMore signage should indicate that a virtual manager operates the site. Some people prefer to interact with someone in person. The cargo van I rented was dirty at the back. However, the business place was clean and well organized. I would suggest having someone in person if people feel uncomfortable with the virtual manager.

Taylor VOverall the rental experience was fine, but a little more attention to the vehicles would be appreciated. The cargo van I rented was dirty and smelled like marijuana. The gas tank was only half filled; not a big deal since I only had a short run, but cost me $40 to fill it for the next renter. Just a little more attention to the condition of returned vehicles would be appreciated.
Gary PPaid for a dolly that wasn't her n the van. Delyauer me an hour spent out in the rain trying to locate the dolly and any staff that could assist. They charged me for the dolly but I'm coming for my refund most certainly.

Kevin CThe vehicle had a muddy driver's side interior and the cargo area interior was dirty as well which required sweeping before I could use the vehicle. I removed a dustpan full of clear plastic trash, dirt, and leaves. The ramp was covered with red clay. The turn signals did not blink (front and rear driver side and passenger side).Since the windows were not automatic that meant using the window crank up and down each time. The 1st time I went to unlock the passenger side the entire mechanism fell apart and came loose from the door making the door unusable so my passenger and I had to use the driver's side door. This is my 2nd bad experience at this location. NEVER again!

Keith RThe exterior and interior were 'acceptable' clean, but, for example, the windshield was so dirty that the wipers couldn't clean It (with leftover rain water) and there was no wiper fluid, or at least none came out when attempting it. As is often the case with u-Haul vehicles, they are adequately maintained, but steering and suspension --if it were one's personal vehicle-- were not as one would want. The office staff are fantastic, overall the van worked fine for me, the whole process went smoothly and the cost was fair.

Using the 24/7 capabilities to pick up and drop off the truck was efficient and easy. I will definitely use this service again.

Ended up having to call customer service to help us complete online checkin to get code to pick up. If you are going to have that as an option make sure your site actually works to accommodate that.
