The inside of the truck had red mud on both the drivers and passengers side. Everything else was fine with the truck.

More signage should indicate that a virtual manager operates the site. Some people prefer to interact with someone in person. The cargo van I rented was dirty at the back. However, the business place was clean and well organized. I would suggest having someone in person if people feel uncomfortable with the virtual manager.
Nichelle JWhen booking this rental, I specifically asked for an in-person pickup. It ended up being a virtual pick up that was slow because of the app. It was a total pain.
Taylor VOverall the rental experience was fine, but a little more attention to the vehicles would be appreciated. The cargo van I rented was dirty and smelled like marijuana. The gas tank was only half filled; not a big deal since I only had a short run, but cost me $40 to fill it for the next renter. Just a little more attention to the condition of returned vehicles would be appreciated.
Gary PPaid for a dolly that wasn’t her n the van. Delyauer me an hour spent out in the rain trying to locate the dolly and any staff that could assist. They charged me for the dolly but I’m coming for my refund most certainly.
