I am highly disappointed in U-Haul. Over the years, I used U-Haul for many personal moves and never experienced anything like this weekend. It was a roll a coaster ride! This one way move was scheduled in advance. Of course, the movers delayed our move. U-Haul scheduled one truck for in town and the other one way. We sat on the phone for 30 mins correcting this, which costed me an extra 2 hours with the movers. While traveling four hours. We had problems with the power steering in one truck and the other truck brakes not stopping properly. U-Haul scheduled a drop off location that we could not use. We had to drive to a different location. It was a nightmare correcting U-Haul errors. Extremely disappointed customer! I will not use nor recommend U-Haul.

Team was excellent. Before I stopped my truck, they were ready to receive my trailer. They quickly responded to my report of non working lights and thanked me for letting them know.

Everything was smooth and easy. personnel behind the counter were very professional and eager to help me on my way, not to mention super friendly. This is the second time I've used this location for my U-Haul needs and the building still looks as clean and inviting as it did a year ago. The place has been well maintained, just to say it plainly.

No one was in the office and the sign said to call a phone # as the manager was somewhere in the area but no one answered and the automated menu was not helpful at all. After several tries I left a message but no call was returned. I used the key drop off and left. Later in the day I was able to call the manager and got an appropriate response, so it worked out OK but an answered phone call would have been more helpful.

Issued wrong trailer on the contract which made it hard to turn in. Also, they didn't have a way to input the drop off location correctly. That made it 25 miles inconvenient for the drop off.

here is my complaint that I have...even thou I made my Resavation the day before I arrive to pick up the truck, I still had to wait an hour before I was handed the keys... The parking area for equipment return was to small to allow the 26 foot truck I had to have enough room to properly park the auto transport.

Nita and Nikki were amazing. If in Athens…I cannot recommend enough. Also, Amber at their other location is a great resource. Nita and Niki go "above and beyond." I will definitely use them again.
