u-Haul app is a hot pile of garbage
Tyler VCorrect mobile pickup app, clean trucks before rental, make certain exterior damage is marked and maintain steering and alignment on trucks. Inside was fairly clean outside filthy.
Patricia WI was told the truck had to be turned in by the 3rd of February. It was turned in the 2nd of February. I was told I could drop it off at any location. I texted several times and told the message center the location it was dropped off at. I was over charged! Not happy
NINA CThe first truck I got was broken. The second truck we couldn’t get access to. The third one was filthy. Took me 4 hours to get a truck and get home. I had help hired to ans me the day I got the truck and it took me so long to get home that I missed my window. And the second day the people I hired to help didn’t have time to get everything loaded so I was up until midnight loading a truck before driving across the country the next morning at 5am. And all customer service did was argue with me and after a week they told me was there nothing they can do but offer a 50 cleaning fee.
