Was met as soon as I arrived and the person on duty directed me where to park and unhook. In addition he let me park my towed vehicle until I took my RV to the campground and returned. Very professional!

The facility was fine and the representative went above and beyond. I was extremely unhappy with the central reservations system to which my phone call was routed. I was given no input to, or choice in selecting a location. I was even unable to find out if there was a rental available or a location open until after I made the reservation. This is completely unacceptable.

This drop off location is excellent for me as I have a storage building right next door. Very convenient.

The lady at the counter was helping another customer and asked if I was just returning a truck. I said yes. She took the paperwork and key from me and said I was good to go. The next day I received an email saying my Uhaul wasn't checked in till noon the next day and I had $55 extra in charges. I'm still trying to get my money back and no one has been helpful.

Had to call and request 10 for truck after it was confirmed because it was changed to a larger one. Thankfully they got it changed back.

I was charged twice, I now have to wait 3 days to see if the pending charge will drop or not. Meaning that that money is not in my account for 3 days. I tried to call the 1-800 number several times and waited on hold for ever. Being charged twice and not being able to get a hold of U-haul by phone doesn’t make me want to rent from you in the future.

On this rental, we were supposed to have a 15 ft. truck and an appliance dolly. Upon arrival at this location we were informed they did not have the appliance dolly. No one from Midgard had contacted us. We had to drive to another location to pick it up and were initially told we had to return it to the same location. The Tanner, AL U Haul Personnel took care of it for us! Upon returning the truck to Midgard, I had to request the U Haul person to go inspect the truck and give me a receipt. They did, but Instead of printing the receipt, the person said you would get it in an email. (We were not charged for the appliance dolly). In the future I will use the Tanner location instead of the Midgard location even if it means some extra mileage. On a previous rental (March), we had a 26 ft. truck with a car trailer, and a 2nd car trailer. Upon arrival at Midgard to turn in the one-way equipment, we were told I had to drive the truck into the storage unit area and back the car trailer into a spot, wait for the trailer to be unhooked, bring the truck back out front and park it in a space. I then had to back the other car trailer into a space for removal. I somewhat understand parking the one hooked to our vehicle, but not the one hooked to the U Haul truck.
