the guy who checked me in was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease while renting a uhaul for the first time. very kind and very very helpful.

The improvement for the next customer would come from your office where the reservations are made to have them sent out accurately to the location for pickup. The lady at the location had to take her time and go through my thing because they had it all messed up when I reserved it. The lady at the location was exceptional the trailer and everything that was all good it comes from your office thank you have a good afternoon

Really liked the guy who helped us, can't remember his name but he worked at Midgard on 7/23 at 4:15pm! Super nice guy. I also liked how non overwhelming the whole experience was, it was nice and stress free. And also again, really liked the guy- seems like a very nice dude

Neil was a pleasure to work with. He was helpful explaining everything to me and helping me understand specifically what I needed. Would highly recommend.

Staff on pick up was kinda and respectful but staff on pick up was rude and condescending and did not provide customer service.

It was reserved without them knowing they didnt have time to clean it. But overall they were very helpful and professional
