Usually I have great experiences with UHaul but truck in Athens, Ga was old and didn't work right at first. We had to get someone from the storage facility to help. The storage place had a weird remote customer service system, so there was not a customer service agent on site to help us get situated with the truck. The local UHaul in Athens GA was not helpful in getting us a truck to suit our needs.

We didn’t want to use this location. We wanted Greensboro HWy but was transferred to Athens Hwy then when we got there they forgot to leave a mobile key so we had to drive over to this location. I wanted to return the truck closer to home but was told no, but in contract. Well. U-Haul didn’t honor the contract to begin with! I had to pay more miles bc you sent me all over town, the whole experience was stressful
Carina MA bit of a hiccup with the pick up because the internet was having trouble. Not their fault and the lady was super nice.
