There was very little light and difficult to find the entrance in the dark. Other wise good.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWay too expensive I made 3 trips from were I picked up the U-Haul 15 mins there and back and it was over $100.00 that’s just crazy and I was in a time crunch so I had to use the U-Haul that was available witch was the smallest one so I had to make two extra trips and for it to cost me 35 bucks in fuel and over $100.00 just to rent is just ridiculous I will never rent one again I could just buy a used U-Haul for $2000.00 you really need to have a variety options of trucks and a way cheaper price especially for someone who would take care of the truck as if it was their own I could see charging me that much if I left the truck trash for forgot to put fuel back in it, but considering I put the right amount of fuel back in it and took care of your truck for you to charge me over $100 plus $35 I put in fuel to make three trips 15 minutes away is absolutely ridiculous
corey SThe U-Haul was very helpful and staff were very friendly in helping during the remote support. Will definitely be recommending them.
Christopher TIf they use the Davie location, no need to improve anything. It was easy, honest, straightforward and the gentleman helping us was incredibly helpful and efficient.
tANYA EUsually I have great experiences with UHaul but truck in Athens, Ga was old and didn’t work right at first. We had to get someone from the storage facility to help. The storage place had a weird remote customer service system, so there was not a customer service agent on site to help us get situated with the truck. The local UHaul in Athens GA was not helpful in getting us a truck to suit our needs.
