I called 3 times and left a message well before they closed. No return call or acknowledgment. They went ahead and charged me another 20 bucks even though the initial 20 covered 24 hours and we brought in back in 6 hours. Horrible experience with all the uhaul's in our area. They over charged me by a lot. My customer experience was not at all professional.Robert D.

My truckwas at location, flat, now not available. Free upgrade Too big for my move. Changed reservation to 15 ft truck. Dirty and sounded rough for a long trip. Spoke with delivery location person and was told that's fine on the motor. They all sound like this. Over all a great move.Nick R.

There was no signage at this storage place to let you know that uhaul was in there. And they added insurance to my bill when thats not what i had quoted...Jeremy S.
This rental experience was the best overall I have ever experienced! We've uses uhaul for over 30 years. They were very courteous, kind, quick and very very attentive to my needs. There was no problem, no issue, no concern. The smoothest I've ever experienced!!!!!John B.

The employees at the location are poorly trained and when mistakes are made they cost the customer hundreds of dollars. $300 for me personally. Do better uhaul.Karma G.

The truck smelled like smoke and urine. I called 3x and went by to ask for it to be cleaned and the was no response. The person at the desk didn't know about which roads trucks are not allowed on in NY. I called your helpline AND went by this location to add my friend as a driver which no one seemed to know how to do. That was a huge problem because I sprained my ankle and had to drive the truck bcz my friend's was not listed as a driver because no one would help do that. Overall very very poor.Vanessa P.

The people there were not friendly. Not helpful. I was to have a hitch put on my van. The person putting it it on called off I had to travel 1 and a half hours. They never called to let me know. I had paid $90 extra to have it shipped quickly. I feel I deserve a refund. The manager would not return my phone call. Terrible experience.Katheryn L.

Reservation was initially deferred to another store that wasn't open on the day I was supposed to pick up my van. Service was poor. The single employee was clearly overwhelmed and unable to complete basic tasks on the computer, even asking "what day is it tll, today?" There were no dollies or furniture pads available, despite having reserved them well in advanceChristopher B.

I had reserved a 15 ft truck and had called a couple of times to ensure my selection. Was told that I would get one and because I was driving over 1000 miles, the truck would be a newer vehicle. When I came to get truck, a 15 ft unit was not available but I could get a 20 ft unit. Since timing was critical, I had no choice but to take the larger truck. For starters, the truck was not clean, we had to sweep out the cargo area and the driver's side had about a 1/4 in of sand that had to be swept out. I almost slipped getting into the truck. The truck was not a newer unit, had 125000 plus miles on it. Since it was a larger vehicle, it used more fuel. While driving, we went over some construction area roads and hit a real rough spot, just then the front holder for cups and other items popped off! Fortunately, we had no liquids in them. Also, because it was not a newer unit, it was very noisy, hard to talk to passenger or listen to radio. Not sure if the newer unit had cruise control, but that would have been a big plus. Over all not pleased with initial experience.JOHNM A.

Slooooow pickup. Woman at desk had no sense of urgency. Only 1 customer in front of me and still took me 45 minutes to get the trailer. Gave me the wrong trailer number and sent me out into the lot to look. I couldn't find it because it was the wrong one. Went back and she just picked one and gave it to me. Could have saved me some time. Nice woman just not good at her job. No apologies eitherTom C.

The truck was given to us completely dirty with foot prints on the dash and dirt smudged into the floor boards and steering wheel. The check engine light popped up as soon as we got on the road with the truck as well as the truck was on E upon rental. We attempted to call in order to report that we would be late to returning it due to a storm we were driving through and were told that we wouldn't be transferred to the associate working. Upon arriving to the location to return the truck the associate working was on a call and when we were helped she refused to look at the pictures we had taken when we got the truck. She also did not check the truck when we gave her the keys back. The next day we were called and blamed for the appearance of the truck. And when we maintained the fact that we had offered the associate pictures and she refused instead telling us to have a nice night. We received rude responses and told that we'd get called back for anything else wrong with the truck.Aaliyah C.

Cannot recommend. Computers not working well. Took too long. Staff used own phones. Staff not fully educated on uhaul rental hook up, procedures. Customer ahead of me complained his tires for moving van were overinflated. Staff had no comment/answer. This storage facility should NOT rent uhaul. Stick to storage onlyElizabeth A.

Web site sucks. Calling the customer service number for help was worse. Nobody knows what's happening. I was moved from one location to another because I needed to pick up a truck early in the morning before any place was open. So they told me the new location would allow for self pick up using my phone. They were wrong. I arrived at 8am only to be told I would have to wait until 9am for the location to open. When they finally did open the girl there could not get the uhaul computer system to work. When she finally did I had to wait in line for 45 minutes listening to someone complaining about how there rental was messed up and it took a very long time for the girl to try to fix their problem. While waiting in line I had to listen to several other people complaining about their experience with Uhaul and this location. Very poorly run. Uhaul needs an overhaul!David A.

I picked up a vehicle and the vehicle had a warning for tire pressure and for wiper fluid as well as the engine light was one. I went back into the counter and was told that she did not know anything about this. For a vehicle with 22K miles, it was also not clean inside. WHile I was driving, I had to fill the tire since it had a slow leak and then the low oil warning came on and it started to overheat due to low oil. I called and was told to buy and insert oil. I had to insert two quarts to return. I told about my experience when I returned and was told thanks for letting me know. Dealing with the vehicle took an extra hour in my trip. I think I should be given a rebate on my rental.Ken F.

This was the only option. Arrived at 5pm after driving 10 hours. Agent told me she was called in on her day off...did not know where or how to unhook the trailer. Customers in the shop helped me.Sandra P.
The person working at the desk, was not able to find the key to the truck. I was delayed 1,5 hours. She then called me half way through the day, to make sure I would be returning the truck on time, because someone else would be be picking up the truck. Very unorganized. Despite being booked for my return the person working (black male) would not let me drop it off. Nor would he help me find another location to drop it off. Just said it was my problem, he wouldn't take it. After speaking to UHAUL on the phone I took it back later that night and just dropped it off in the lot.Steve H.

Intake even with my reservation took very long. Their office is totally disorganized and chaotic. Truck had broken visor on drivers side which hung low obscuring view of the road. Drivers side window crank broken.Robert W.

Even though my overall rental experience was a total train wreck due to several changes made by uhaul, I rate this facility highly. Uhaul in general would get a poor rating with the exception of Winston who was more than helpful.PAUL S.
