UHaul truck was clean, easy to get to location however, the U-Haul app was long, hard to figure out, and with poor cell service I literally thought I wasn't going to be able to complete return. NO UHaul location should be able to exist without a person on sight to do checkout.

It’s a hassle to pick up and drop off with someone there Uploading pictures and stuff I rather have someone in person.

JOSE ODid not like that the vehicle was completely out of gas when we picked it up. Did not like the virtual experience. Also, was told one thing when reservation was made and something completely different when we picked up and received the bill.

GABRIEL GA live individual at the location would be an improvement. Also, almost all factors of my reservation were incorrect when I went to retrieve the truck. In addition to the aforementioned issues, the app that I was encouraged to add to my phone did not work on site and the details provided me lacked useful information. I am, however, please with the fact that the truck was clean and the location was in a visible area. I suggest earlier weekend pick up hours, especially since there was not the use of a human physically on the premise. another positive was the cost of the rental.

Neill ROnly thing is the remote virtual agents on a large TV display felt a little freaky. First time I experienced unattended facility with tele-agents, they were professional and helpful though.
EMIL RThe automated process was pleasant upon renting the truck but the return process was awful and I am disputing the charge. The truck was not checked in at the location after I returned it. I received an email that the equipment was not returned. Now I have a bill for over 200 miles, when I only used approximately 50 miles. It appears that whoever is dupppsed to be managing the equipment at that site is not doing so.

CELESTINE OI am 81 years old and a veteran . I'm glad my grandson was with me or I would have never been able to rent the truck with the computerized system . He did it all for me

RICHARD JThe only issue was that I was told it had a half tank of gas and it only had barely over a quarter only drove the vehicle like 3 Mi and still put gas in it hope I don't get charged for more

CHARLES BI was very disappointed regarding the lack of transparency of the marketed/advertised rates for its rentals. U-Haul portrays its rental fee for a vehicle (van) and inflates its billing price nearly 10 times the cost after returning the vehicle, fueled and within a 6 hour window of returning the vehicle. If I had known this beforehand I would have gone to Enterprise or Penske. Very disappointed by this deception and I will not patronize U-Haul again

Felix dThe only thing I could say that was a negative was that when I ordered the cargo van I wanted to also have one of the dollies and I was told a few days before him when I rented it to reserve it that okay we will put one in the van for you, well when I went to pick it up there was no dolly around not in the van or in the store itself well obviously I didn't pay for it but it would have been a lot easier. And on back to the store to drop it off the indicator for the low tide pressure came on so maybe they should check the tire pressure every so often

Dustin DThe traffic to get there is awful. I did a mobile pickup since I worked until 6 and there is absolutely no cell service at that location. It took me over a half hour to actually get the truck and it took me driving to the Tax Collector's office to use their WiFi. Ridiculous! You need WiFi

Tricia JNoticed the check engine light came on or was on after I left. Returned with truck immediately after to make staff aware. Was told it was ok to use that the service techs could not clear the error light and all was ok to use. Maybe make the next renter aware of the light being on or clear the error. Staff was very friendly.

Steven MAfter we arrived and went thru the process on our phone to access the truck we had reserved, we see another couple going to take the truck that was assigned to us. After speaking with them we come to find out that they couldn't access the key that was assigned to them and someone at U-Haul reassigned them to our truck, after about an hour back and forth with them and U-haul they were able to access their original key. The whole situation was ridiculous how can U-haul assign someone else's reservation to another person. We , and I'm sure the other couple will never use U-haul again!
Will M2nd time renting from this location and 2nd time had to wait more than 30 minutes to get rental even after having completed everything online prior to showing up. Will use Penske or a different Uhaul location in the future.

John MThe self-checkout app process did NOT work whatsoever. Nothing loaded well or it would reset on me. Had to call and beg an employee on the 24/7 line to help me.
Michael BLoretta was suppose to put me in for a 24-hour reservation to pick up at 7:30 and didn't. The location closes at 6, so when I show up at 8 to pick up the uhaul, I wasn't able to easily pick it up and found out she just scheduled me to pick up at 7:30 though again, they closed at 6? Ended up wasting 45 mins to get that fixed.
Autumn NMake sure they can actually pick up the truck and that isn't not blocked in. Then when you try to fix the problem, not create more problems that causes two hours of waiting.
Jason MNever recieved info on how to get my key. Had to call the help line Took 40 minutes to get the key and for the web page to work and let me pick up the truck

Johnny GProvide customer a printed copy of rental receipt when renting any vehicle. This location did not, indicating it was sent via email... unsatisfactory. They did not conduct a walk around inspection of vehicle with customer.

Frank SI'm submitting ratings on the "location" as the survey requests. The location was fine. You all need to ask some more questions about the website, the omni-channel experience, and how the overall process went. Frankly, that needs some work. Parts were fantastic, but others are completely wasteful for you and the customer.
Jimmy Rtruck breaks were very low, had to limp truck along for t a 3 hour drive, steering wheel was worn out and foam was very sticky in my hands, rear cargo smelled very bad and stunk my furniture up, bed was oily and dirty, will never use uHall again
