A live individual at the location would be an improvement. Also, almost all factors of my reservation were incorrect when I went to retrieve the truck. In addition to the aforementioned issues, the app that I was encouraged to add to my phone did not work on site and the details provided me lacked useful information. I am, however, please with the fact that the truck was clean and the location was in a visible area. I suggest earlier weekend pick up hours, especially since there was not the use of a human physically on the premise. another positive was the cost of the rental.
