Inform the customer that IF you might be LATE picking up a rental, then contact the Office where you made the reservation. I made a reservation at a different location than the one in this review. THAT Office DID NOT tell me that if I was late, the 24 hour reservation that I had made would be CANCELLED! Their lack of information caused us to go to another location for the rental. That rental was an hour late in returning the vehicle thus delaying our plans. Half the day was wasted waiting around to actually GET the rental vehicle. Suggested improvements for customer satisfaction: 1. Inform customer of timing for pickup and return of a rental vehicle, a 24 hour rental should NOT be cancelled without informing the customer of that RULE. 2. Charge the customer a LATE FEE, when rentals are NOT returned timely since rentals are booked back to back. 3. Do NOT book rentals back to back if there is no penalty for being late which inconveniences the NEXT customer. 4. Vehicle safety - there was no way to raise the seat in the pickup truck rental. Every rental customer is NOT the same height.
