After we arrived and went thru the process on our phone to access the truck we had reserved, we see another couple going to take the truck that was assigned to us. After speaking with them we come to find out that they couldn't access the key that was assigned to them and someone at U-Haul reassigned them to our truck, after about an hour back and forth with them and U-haul they were able to access their original key. The whole situation was ridiculous how can U-haul assign someone else's reservation to another person. We , and I'm sure the other couple will never use U-haul again!
Will Marchena2nd time renting from this location and 2nd time had to wait more than 30 minutes to get rental even after having completed everything online prior to showing up. Will use Penske or a different Uhaul location in the future.

John MaskavichThe self-checkout app process did NOT work whatsoever. Nothing loaded well or it would reset on me. Had to call and beg an employee on the 24/7 line to help me.
Michael BellocchioLoretta was suppose to put me in for a 24-hour reservation to pick up at 7:30 and didn't. The location closes at 6, so when I show up at 8 to pick up the uhaul, I wasn't able to easily pick it up and found out she just scheduled me to pick up at 7:30 though again, they closed at 6? Ended up wasting 45 mins to get that fixed.
Autumn NalepaMake sure they can actually pick up the truck and that isn't not blocked in. Then when you try to fix the problem, not create more problems that causes two hours of waiting.

Johnny GarciaProvide customer a printed copy of rental receipt when renting any vehicle. This location did not, indicating it was sent via email... unsatisfactory. They did not conduct a walk around inspection of vehicle with customer.

You all need to ask some more questions about the website, the omni-channel experience, and how the overall process went. Frankly, that needs some work. Parts were fantastic, but others are completely wasteful for you and the customer.
Jimmy Rapertruck breaks were very low, had to limp truck along for t a 3 hour drive, steering wheel was worn out and foam was very sticky in my hands, rear cargo smelled very bad and stunk my furniture up, bed was oily and dirty, will never use uHall again

Clenton CowartThe rental truck with well over 100 000 miles was good enough. I was just doing local moving so it was fine. It was dirty. Drivers seat would not adjust. Just generally old, but it got the job done. Person helping me was fine. Friendly enough. Got there about 10 til 9:00. They don't open until 9:00. She was doing things like bringing displays out, etc. Told me "you have 6 more minutes". Waited until exactly 9:00 yo open the door. I understand that, but obviously not going out of her way to get me going. Again it was ok. Snout what I expected, but my expectations were low.

That was very frustrating, but my disappointment was met with a "we don't care" stare from the woman signing me in. Other than that, the process was okay.
