The only thing I didn't like was that the lady told me 69 cents a mile and when I got this invoice it was 1,19 a mile. I called waiting on a resolution. Other than that, excellent customer service from the lady.Elizabeth P.

Upon arrival there were 6 people in line ahead of me. When I walked in there was one CSR assisting. Shortly after a second CSR ( young male) came in to assist. The first customer he assisted did not have a reservation. I'm not criticizing the process but the CSR â€˜s delivery was below acceptable. Essentially, he told the man no reservation-no rental. The customer was obviously upset and left. The second customer gave his name and reservation #. The CSR entered something wrong and informed the consumer his truck had been returned to the wrong location. 15 minutes later it was determined the CSR had entered the wrong name. In the meantime, the customer was frustrated and cursed in Spanish to his friend and the CSR got angry and told them nog to curse at him. They didn't. The female CSR ( maybe Paulette) calmed the male CSR down. In short, this location is way understaffed. The process for a rental seems very cumbersome and a time killer. This is the second time I used this location. The first time ended with no rental because the available trailers had burned out bulbs. Candidly. I expect more from U-Haul. I don't need a response or a phone call. Put that effort into fixing this store. Thank you for listening. BrettBrett S.

The lady running this store on a Saturday, by herself, was amazing. Literally running everywhere. Kept apologizing to the line for the long wait. Because everyone saw how hard she was working, again by herself, everyone in line was amazingly patient. This store definitely needs more help as they do not even have time to answer phone or return messages. But because of this woman, we will be back. I am so sorry I do not know her name.Bill S.

The truck I drove needed servicing bad. The wheel alignment was really bad. It needed a tune up and got really bad gas mileage. Please test drive these trucks before they are rented out. I almost had a accident. It was a really bad experience.Andrea S.

Treat customers with respect. The gentleman at the desk for return was horrible. I don't care if he was having a bad day or under staffed. This not a customers problem. You do not speak to a customer in such a way. They have signs to "return equipment " waited there as the sign stated. No one ever came out I dropped the trailer off where other trailers were. The proceeded to talk down to me as if I'm stupid. The trailer return does not go there it goes on the other side. This is not mu problem. If the lot is not properly ran with proper signs it makes it difficult to return. Worst location ever. Asked to do a walk around response was " I'm not doing and f-ing walk around" bunch chisled tooth clowns at this location. Also attempted to be charged 74,95 for 24 hr rental. I reserved online which is 24.95. Will never rent any thing at this locationManuel T.

I literally got yelled at like I was in trouble when they were hooking up the trailer and checking indicators, even though I already had indicators on when he was checking the trailer. Directly yelling at a customer with aggression is just simply unprofessional and uncalled for.JAMES STEPHEN P.
I pulled in and followed the sign (sign was incorrect direction)), and waited for someone to step outside for guidance, but no one helped. Found a place to park and walked back to the office where someone was helping a customer while three other people were right in front us behind the counter talking. We waited 10 minutes with not even an acknowledgment that we were there. Simple professionalism or customer courtesy by saying "someone will help you shortly" would have been nice. (Most all other U-Haul" centers that I've been to all have some sort of customer courtesy. I retuned the trailer 3-Days Early, but this location wanted nothing to do with issuing any kind of credit for this early return. I would not rent from them!MARTIN T.
There was a leak in the mothers attic in the insulation truck. All my boxes, appliances, important documents, and clothing that were up there was soaked. Notified uhaul and hopefully they'll honor what they said.Lilieth H.

The reservation got transferred to this location without my being informed which caused me much delay and consternation. Fortunately the two locations were not too far apart. Once I got to MidGard they were efficient. The person who entered the original reservation made a big mistake.Steven B.

First time with uhaul, and i had a very disappointing experience. I wont recommend your company to anyone. Let me tell why. My initial reservation canceled as there were no trucks when i went to the spot. Not to mention noone offered the 50usd discount. They set another truck almost 30miles far. We drive there and waited another 45mins to check in due to a long queue. This spot not only added 30+30 miles to our miliage but also add almost 3hrs due to the traffic issues. When i check out i was shocked to see the â€œdoubleâ€ rental periods and double insurance which is almost 60usd. Not to mention the extra 60miles which is due to the spot your agent directed us. Long story short uhaul charged me extr 120usd + took my 3+ hrs while moving my furniture. I am very disappointed the way its communited through out the process. To your consideration.Jacob J.

I was given an amount to pay of $26. and I had all day to use it, I delivered it the same day and registered through the link that came to me in a message. to later realize that they also charged me something additional and in total it was $54. without consulting and without giving explanations it seems to me that it is a hidden charge as a scamJose O.

The passenger side's mirror was very loose. I ended up in a situation where it shifted as I was driving and I didn't notice it until it was too late. I was alone so found myself having to use red lights to put the truck in park, take my seatbelt off, jump to the passenger's seat, roll the window down, fix the mirror, then do everything else in reverse to get back in the driver's seat and ready to go before the light turned green. I asked for and was given a pickup location close to the Tampa Airport. I was told the vehicle would be available-it was not. I was told to go to a 2nd location to get the vehicle, about twice the distance as the original pickup location. Again, the vehicle was not available and a third location in Lutz was given as the pickup point, now 30 minutes away from the airport - this bouncing around to dealerships to get a vehicle that I was told was available is unacceptable and I would have canceled, has I not needed the vehicle immediately. Also, I was given no details about how the truck was to be inspected for acceptance and the vehicle was turned over to me with only 3/8 of a tank of gas. Pretty poor customer service. A heads up from the desk personnel on both should be required.Laurie M.

Finally, the drop off process was just as easy as the entire experience. The location and staff in Lutz were easy to find, and they handled the final process very professionally. My overall experience using the U-Haul trailer was enjoyable and I would certainly recommend using the process for any storage/transport activities.SHELBY J.
