They were swamped after Uhaul website was down the previous day, but they jumped right in to help get my truck upfront to drive off.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisBeing clearer about what a customer has to do to accept and return a vehicle. While U Haul sends texts and emails during the rental about requirements regarding inspecting and photographing, the retailers were more relaxed. It would be better if things were more aligned. Otherwise the customer is confused and concerned about doing things wrong could add costs. For example, it wasn’t clear to me what qualifies as a “clean” truck so my normal use didn’t seem to be a concern, but I was charged $25 for cleaning. If it was better defined, I would have paid more attention.
Andrew GExcellent customer service, very helpful and went above and beyond with assisting us during moving issues.
Dawn CThe truck had 128,000 miles on it, and with the play in the front end, passenger side mirror that wouldn't stay in place, and the deteriorating steering wheel it made for a challenging drive towing a car with your tow dolly. The guy in the office was friendly, competent, and emailed documents quickly. The location was clean.
Terry DGreat customer service, great commitment to customer well being while in transit. Thank you!
