Truck was not cleaned after prior use and had dirt, debris, leaves and broken glass in the box. It also pulled to the right when driving.

Jay HWe received a 26' box truck with almost no fuel in it; we had to immediately find a gas station. The front cab, especially the dash, was filthy and we cleaned it before our trip. The vehicle needs a steering alignment. I had to hold the steering wheel about 15 degrees to the left to drive straight in a lane. That was exhausting for 10+ hours.
Peter EThe only issue I had was your truck fueling policy. I was told the the gas tank was full. The needle was on the full mark, but, was incorrect. I put 32 miles on the truck and put 10.6 gallons of gas in it to fill it up. I asked the front desk guy about it and he was no help whatsoever. He just told me that he was not the guy who rented the truck to me and he wasn't, and what did I expect him to do about it. I just told him,with that attitude, just forget it. He was very unprofessional.
