First i was told they didn't have my storage confirmation...then uhaul changed my drop of location to ACROSS town.. when i got the location moved closer to my house you charged me a 20.00 fee b/c they didn't open until 2 hours after it was due (which was NEVER told to me when i was at the Uhaul facility), really i got charged because they weren't open.

Before delivering the truck that was ordered, please confirm all equipment ordered was provided. I did not recieve the dollies that were reserved and that added time that I dodnt have to my move. Not the fault of the location in my opinion, just a general comment.

The facility is well maintained and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. The only negative is that the rate are a little on the high side. Other than that it is a convenient storage facility.

The trailer was beat all to hell and bent up. Movable trailer fender barely funstional, made it very difficult to exit the vehicle once trailered. Had to knock the crap out of it to get it to move at all. Should maintain your quipment better especially with what I spent to rent it. Disappointed in the condition of your equipment.

I had zero issues until they charged me for returning a dolly two days after my truck drop off. I was not alerted to the charge and had to figure out what happened on my own. When I called to correct the problem the man on the phone was flat out rude. When I kept trying to tell him that I had turned in the truck 5 hours after renting the dolly, he kept implying I was lying by saying "if that isn't the case, our policy is to charge....blah, blah". What happen with the customer is always right? He should have said, that he was sorry this happened and that he would call the drop off location to confirm in fact the dolly was dropped off with the truck. He should have then taken care of removing the fee and letting me know. Instead, for a $15 cost he's lost a potential U-haul customer in the future. I'll think really hard before I use U-haul again.

The majority of our issue is with U-Haul in general not necessarily this location but we do believe maybe the location could have helped prevent the issue. When we returned our truck, we were met outside by a representative. When we asked if we needed to go inside and sign anything we were told no. This seemed unusual because when we returned our tow dolly to a different location we were required to sign paperwork. A few hours after returning our truck we noticed an almost $600 deduction from our account for late fees/insurance. We had already prepaid the extra days because we knew we would need the truck for 8 extra days and it clearly showed the turn in date correctly on the contract. When we called the location we were told they cannot see where we prepaid. We then contacted customer service who saw where we had prepaid and said that our money would be returned to our account in 3-5 business days. 8 days later we contacted them again stating we had yet to see our money returned. The customer service agent did some research and found that the prior conversation had not even been documented anywhere (and we have proof that we made the call). We were then told (again) that our money would be returned in 3-5 days and that we would be contacted by phone by a manager. We received an email from a manager a few days later who requested a copy of our initial contract. We sent in the requested documentation and it has now been over a week and we have yet to hear anything. My husband called again today (keep in mind every time you call the customer service line it is a minimum of 20 min hold time) and was told yet again that we would be contacted today by a manager. We will see if that happens but in the meantime we are getting incredibly frustrated. We were not anticipating that money being taken from our account and we have not been able to pay some of our bills for over two weeks because of it. We weren't going to give a negative review had our money had been returned in timely manner as we know mistakes can happen. But this is ridiculous. It has been over 2 weeks, 4 phone calls and numerous emails and we have yet to have any resolution even though everyone we have talked to can see where we prepaid those days prior to moving. Hoping for a positive resolution but we will see.

Our 17' ft. U-Haul had a leak above the shelf, and due to bad weather, all boxes near that area were soaked. Though we weren't happy about the state of the truck, we were pleased with the courteous service and easy location.
