The manager, Emanuel, was excellent at multitasking and keeping three customers satisfied all at the same time.
Jilia FThey overcharged me for gas when I filled it up to where it was when I picked it up and I have pictures to prove it, but they charged me an extra $70 which is absurd instead of asking for proof or letting proof be provided because it wasn’t my fault that they didn’t fill it up prior to where it was supposed to be. A waste of money.
Ashley CAppeared on my receipt a damage on the mirror, but I never made that. That mirror never works. For me, it was normal.
Rodrigo GAlthough effective, the virtual assistant aspect was odd and slightly off putting. The virtual assistant was so kind and incredibly helpful but it was definitely unexpected. Other than that, the truck itself was basically brand new and so clean.
