Truck was filthy.
Charles LI don't recall the young lady's name who assisted me with the transaction, but she was so friendly and kind. I really had an overall great experience with her customer service from start to finish. Please send her some kudos along with a nice raise! Good people are sometimes hard to come by, but you have one of them.
Andrea CThe Uhaul truck had blankets all over the back and wasn't cleaned out. The truck itself had a check engine light on and was covered in leaves when I was driving it. I was charged insurance even though I didn't request it.

Duke DGreat experience overall. Only complaint was there was some dirt and a puddle of grease in the back, so i had to clean that. Check in/out process was great, the person working there was nice and good to work with

Gregory POur truck had a whole bunch of oil in the bed. Thought it was water from the rain and used to comforter to move some furniture. It ruined the comforter and I had to through it away. Very disappointed because it said the truck had been cleaned and it obviously wasn't.

Royce Wi reserved a 10 foot truck online for this location and it wasn’t even in their system so attendant gave me a 9 foot van.
Lee YI've used UHAUL for all 6 moves from GA to FL. This experience was HORRIBLE! Couldn't even get a HUMAN on the phone when the engine light came on! I get a GENERIC "who cares" type of message from Billy Miller (said email was sadly robotic!) I'm sure losing one customer means nothing anymore to most companies. Disappointed to see UHAUL followed the "who cares" route with how they handled my complaint. Profit over People strikes again #smh Lily

Edward BThe location was nice and clean and Donna the lady that helped me was great. The truck was clean in the back, but not so much in the driver cabin, there was a distinct "used" smell. The trucks check engine light was on the whole time, the transmission had a very hard time shifting gears and the alignment was just off. It was driving like a boat, and I have driven trucks with many more miles that had been way better maintained.
