You charged us for some kind of insurance and we turned down all insurance. It was nearly the price of the rental. A total scam.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisMy equipment was labeled not returned, resulting in a 7 day rental when I had the equipment for a few hours.
COLLIN SRented for 1 day got charged for 2.was not on full gas when picked ip didn't realize it until I left. Picked up rental at noon returned after hours at 7 pm. Experience was not great.
Edmund LKeep it up.
Herman CThe pickup was horrendous. The wrong truck was prepared and the correct truck was locked behind a gate. I had to spend an hour on hold for uhaul customer service to switch my contract to the new truck. Now I'm dealing with extra toll charges that were incurred on the other truck that I DIDNT drive. The only reason I'm giving average is because dropoff was much better. The parking lot was full but an attendant was still there and opened the gate for me to park into. She even took care of the dropoff info for me. Overall I will probably look to other truck rentals in the future because of this wrong truck debacle (that I'm still dealing with a month later)
