I'm giving this a poor because I initially wanted this location and then was told I had to drive 25 miles out of the way to another location. I was at the new location at 9 am like I was supposed to and then I am told there is no truck for me and I had to drive another 25 miles back to where I wanted to pick it up in the first place. I cannot express my disappointment in this. I want to be contacted and talk to someone about some sort of reimbursement for this. My time, gas, and wear and tear on my own truck were set aside by the company and I'm very frustrated about it.Quentin F.

The specific worker who "helped" us check our truck out was extremely unprofessional and rude to me. He stated multiple times that I screwed up when everything on my end was normal and I didn't have any issues with uhaul until he got involved. The only reason I even had to work with him was because he failed to report the truck we had reserved stolen so we spent several minutes searching for a truck that wasn't there. He told me my drivers license was expired tomorrow and when I said it actually wasn't he replied and a very angry and raised voice, "ma'am I'm just reading what's on the screen so I don't know what to tell you", he had misread the date we were returning the truck as the expiration date of my ID and I just wanted to correct the small mistake and he caught an attitude and continued to berate me when I asked questions about very important things I would need to know as the customer. When we were leaving he said, "see you tomorrow' and I told him I hoped I didn't have to see him because he was very rude and he responded by yelling full volume, "bye, bye, have a good day". It's also important to note that my friend was there with me the entire time and not once did he speak to her rudely as he did to me and neither me nor her were anything but polite and calm with him. I will never be using Uhaul again after this.DUSTIE S.
The truck was clean and in good condition. The only issue I had was that the gas cap was not on at the time of pickup, so I lost a quarter tank of gas before another driver flagged me down to let me know gas was spilling out.Mark M.

The facility and the service at this facility was fine. It was an hour away from the location I chose when I made the reservation a month earlier. The location I made my reservation for was in the town I was moving from and the reservation was made for 8am. I was notified by an e-mail that was sent less than 24 hours of my pickup time that I had to travel to a different location an hour away and the truck would not be available until after 9:30. Finding someone at the last minute to drive me to pick it up was difficult, I was forced to start moving 2 1/2 hours early and I had 60 miles of extra fuel to buy. I was not happy at all. First why do you not have reservations pre-printed for instances like an outage? Secondly when a customer is speaking to a sales associate you should probably listen and not talk over them, whether you think their right or you are. "The customer is always right.?" Lastly how can you not have all the equipment pre-ordered from two weeks in advance? Yes, you gave us a discount for it, but you're not in the business for refunds.
