Charging $0.79/mi is ridiculously high for the current price of gas.
The over all experience was excellent. No complaints.
The problem was not really with the location, it was with the U-Haul 24/7 app and the incredibly awful service provided by U-Haul team members on chat. However, the staff at this location also had many problems helping us and didn't even seem to know the combination to their own lock box. We spent nearly an hour at this location trying to pick up the truck.
Truck was very old, over 180,000 miles. Can't possibly be economically efficient for the customer.

Customers need to be prepared for the online return process, it takes quite a while requiring several photographs. It would be nice to know the process before arriving to drop off the equipment.
Make sure not to confuse the customer on drop off times. U-Haul had 10am return then I had to wait along with 2 others until the location opened late, stating that they did not open until 11. This was grossly inconvenient. I believe that we deserve a credit and will be contacting customer service
I can't think of anything that could be done to make a superior outlet like this any better.

Truck had no ac ,vibrated and shook all over the road ,oil pressure was low ,
100 degrees in the St louis area and there was little to no cooling in the cabin.

Everything worked out well
The initial customer service experience was a great one and due to the fact that we had to prolong the use of the U-Haul we had to call the headquarters to do so. One of the Midwest Clearance employees called me saying I need to bring the uhaul back now and that they would not extend my reservation even though I had already done so with the headquarters. I told him that I was still utilizing the truck but he didn't care at all.

Don't know; the store was closed with nothing posted online or at the location--probably closed for Easter, but they could have at least posted a sign on the door.
