The initial customer service experience was a great one and due to the fact that we had to prolong the use of the U-Haul we had to call the headquarters to do so. One of the Midwest Clearance employees called me saying I need to bring the uhaul back now and that they would not extend my reservation even though I had already done so with the headquarters. I told him that I was still utilizing the truck but he didn't care at all.

I was the only customer and it still took 15 minutes to drop off the trailer. They wanted me to unhook the trailer! I will not return a rental here again. I won't buy any furniture there either.

It was a little hard to find because it sits back from the road and has buildings (closer to road) blocking it. Better signage might help.

I was hands the keys with no offer ti assust with opening the rear truck door. I had some trolled with the latch, but figured it out. Just would have been nice for employee to offer assistance. Inside cab floor of truck dirty with dried mud. Otherwise, all was satisfactory.

The hydronic brakes on the trailer was rusted out and locked up on me. Leaving me stranded on the highway for 3 hours. Customer service couldn't get ahold of anyone to assist me. I literally had to drag the trailer to the next uhaul center. Extremely disappointed and I've rented many times from uhaul for my business

I gave this location 4 stars as I had to ask him to unhook the trailer from my truck. He did so but did not seem to think it was really his responsibility. I assured him that it was. Nice guy though.

I made reservations for a 26†truck. They put the wrong keys in the 24/7 pick up box. They left keys for a 20†truck. I called customer service, and they said if I can use the 20†truck, they will refund me $50 for the reservation guarantee. Later when I called customer service to extend my reservation time with the truck, I was told that I would not be receiving that $50 refund because I could have picked up the 26†truck at a later time that day. The rep I spoke with was rude and had a snarky attitude. I requested to speak with a supervisor, was told there were none available but that she would have one call me within 24 hours. Still haven't received a call.
