Dropped trailer off 3 days ago and was told that they could do nothing for me and that I needed to call uhaul customer service. At that time the operator at drop off location indicated they did nothing with uhaul only rented the parking lot to them. When I dropped off the truck 3 days later, same story and stated that I needed to do online checkin. I had little to no cell service and it took a long time to check it in via my personal hotspot. Very poor/limited service and a terrible experience.

Getting the truck was a nightmare. The app wouldn't work to get me the code. I had to call and speak to someone to get it resolved. It took me 40 minutes to get that resolved. We reserved a truck with a lift and dolly. It didn't have either even though we were charged for it. The truck was parked in a dirt area with a bunch of snow. It took a while to get it out. I was concerned that it was going to slide into other trucks. The snow needs to be cleared or the trucks need to be on solid ground/concrete. Not just mud. I don't understand why I would be expected to fill the truck 3/4 full instead of full. How would anyone guage that??? I filled it up which I'm sure wasted about $20 or more just so I didn't get an extra charge. The experience was terrible. I will never use U-Haul again.

KEVIN HThe place and human assistance was outstanding. The system to do this process over the cellphone is still too complicated, I would never rent again via phone with the same system. I hope you can improve the software part of your system. It does not need to be so complicated and wit so many variables that can go wrong, like loosing internet connection for a few seconds. (at the location!!) I saw 3 other customers in equal or worse frustration levels. Thank God for Chris, the person at the liquor store!
German Vit took over 30 minutes to use the iPhone app to effect the return. we were also informed that the site was only open to 6:00 pm and no one informed us that returning at this site was via phone which, had we known, we would have returned the truck the night before, when we tried to contact UHaul's 800 help number, no one answered.
GARY MMike was hospitable but interior of vehicle was dirty and full of fast food garbage. Gas was nearly empty, had to drive immediately to gas station to avoid running out. Initial reservation that I made (p/u in Fort Collins at 9:30am) was not honored. Was forced to drive 80 miles round trip to secure truck. Mike's didn't have any blankets either, so I was forced to visit another location in Mead, CO to secure those. Overall, I was very disappointed with my Uhaul experience.

Thomas MAs others have said the level of service at this location is marginally adequate especially with COVID 19. The location is primarily a liquor store that relies entirely on drive up window sales. The front door is locked. Rental customers have to join the liquor sales customers in the drive up line and since there is only one person onsite their availability to help rental customers is very limited.

Colby Si feel this store shouldn't be a u-haul dealer i had to hook up my own trailer the person in the store wouldn't even come out and see if it was hooked up right.it also had a bald tire on the left side i told the person inside and he didn't even care. I was a dealer for more than 25 years and never once did a customer hook up their own equipment. thank you
kevin gGuy was rude. Truck was disgusting and not full of gas. Windshield wipers broken and check engine light was on. He didn't even want to come out to take a look at my concerns.

Christopher BIt took almost 30min just to pickup a trailer and an appliance dolly. It's a busy liquor store and it seemed that the attendant helped liquor store customers while she tried to process my rental. She asked for information that was already in the reservation (my address, contact info). I will not be returning to this U-Haul location for any services in the future. It's a dirt lot with a small, shady looking liquor.
leo hIf you change a reservation please let your customers know sooner then later . My location of my pickup and the time was changed and I was only notified about the location not the time change and waited 2 hours ! When i called to ask about the changes the representative was extremely rude and i won't be using uhaul in the future
Miranda WThe location place sat upon dirt with holes. The truck was dirty and I cleaned the windshied and driver's area before leaving. The wiper blades were bad and didn't work well. Had touble with rescheduling the pickup place. The scheduling department had a different number and none of your reservation people knew it. They all gave me different numbers.

Robert LWish truck had been cleared of thick snow on cab roof and windshield by site operator before pickup ALSO UHAUL did poor job organizing equipment.for pick up. Wish I did not have to drive so far away from home to pick up truck AND THEN drive an additional 30 miles to go pick up trailer. I think it is ridiculous that UHaul did not organize this better so that equipment was together in site nearer to my home site for pick up.
Lezlee POperator did not assist in hook up. My wife had to pick up trailer. He said he needed to look at it once she had it connected and walked away. Thankfully two guys showed up and hooked it up for her.

Put me WAY behind schedule, and cost much more. I will never rent from UHaul again- horrible experience at first location in Boulder.

Second , have a representative there who can physically connect the trailers properly and not leave it all to the customer ( me) ! If I were not capable of lifting and connecting trailer to my vehicle what would I have done ?! I thought it was your policy that a qualified representative had to connect and confirm equipment was on and working properly !

Donald hI arrived at the UHAUL drop-off location at 2pm MT. The personnel had not the foggiest clue of what she was doing. She took the truck keys and looked it over. We proceeded inside the store, I was assuming to finish the drop off process. She put everything into the I-pad and supposedly said that I owed an additional $164! I did not know how that could be. Starting mileage 58485, Ending mileage 58729.8. Which equals 244 mile difference. Now there was 231 miles allowed in the contract. I went 13 miles over that. So that would be 13 * 0,4= $5,2 that I owed. Then the gas tank was at 1,9 according to the scale which would be almost $8 I owed in gas. The lady Nicole was unable to explain anything to me, of the charges, anything. She was very rude and also called me the B word which is not cool in Customer Service. I've just had a really poor poor experience on both ends and I will not recommend UHAUL to anybody!!! I am no longer going to use UHAUL for anything.
