I was told that I can return the box truck on Monday so I returned it on Monday at 11:30 and was welcomed with a $40 charge because I didn't get it there by 9:30. I think this is ridiculous. I should've been told that I needed to have it back by 9:30. I wasn't I was told I could have it back by Monday. I will go somewhere else next time. I will not use U-Haul again.

RICHARD T.Truck to big for our needs. This was not the fault of the pickup facility. Your customer service should have arrranged a smaller truck dropped off in Pryor and not expected us to pick it up in Claremore. Was not swept out when we picked it up. This was the fault of pick up facility.
