I was there to drop off the trailer ahead of the drop off time by 5-10 minutes. Because it took them time to go outside to check it in it had gone by the drop off time. I was charged and extra $20 plus tax. After calling UHaul they gladly refunded the $20 but the tax was not included in the refund. No problem just wanted to let you know. I will still continue to use UHaul in the future.
Jack CWe returned the truck clean and a day 1/2 early! Truck wasn’t checked in on time and had to spend a substantial amount of time on the phone with Uhaul to remove additional charges. Was greeted upon arrival and told they would get it checked in and trusted that they would. Luckily I took photos before leaving and had to email them to the Uhaul representative to prove I had dropped the truck off on time.
