Hard to find the shop -- it would have been helpful to know that it was actually a Mobil gas station, or to have had the street number visible. There were no loading ramps on the van -- I wish that had been clearer in the ordering information, as I had a very heavy wheelchair to load/unload. Other than that, experience was fine.

Uhaul rep was increadibly rude in the fact that he did not concentrate or focus on me while I was returning the vehicle. Each time somebody walked in the store he became distracted and took care of their purchases and needs over mine even though I entered the store before all of thesecother people. When I pointed this out yo him he said it wasn't rude and that he didn't care. Extremely poor customer service.

Paul ADealer gave me the wrong keys, made me wait in the store on return of the vehicle for over 2 hours while he struggled to call customer service. He did not attempt to change the reservation on his end even though I attempted to explain to him how to do it. He yelled at me for not having had taken a before picture of the vans mileage even though he gave me the wrong keys. Contract was not closed until the next day when another individual fixed the issue in 2 minutes. Attempted to call area manager and traffic manager for over 2 hours and was constantly redirected to surrounding locations instead of the one I was trying to contact.

adrean pPrice quoted was less than the price charged. The vehicle had barely any gas in it, so I had to estimate how much I would use to even take the vehicle off the lot. The vehicle was dirty (someone had spilled paint in the back box) and it was never cleaned up. The person checking me out required ME to take pictures of the milage and fuel level rather than going outside and checking for themselves. I ended up paying $30 more than was quoted even though I put less mileage on the truck than he had used in the estimate. Having to fill up at their station also meant paying $4,19 a gallon, which was 40 cents more expensive than any other local gas station. Overall, just a HORRIBLE experience with this location.

ARIEL VWe rented a smaller truck for less time than two weeks ago and got charged more for this rental. They overcharged us for gas, they charged a $39 rental fee that was not on our last rental, and they charged the wrong bank account even though we told them when we picked up the truck which card to use. Do not recommend.

Daniel MThe local rep at this location is a scammer. I returned the van with more gas than what was there when I took the van out and he charged me for additional gas. When I showed him the pictures of the gas gauge at time of rental and then return, he refused to correct the billing amount and said I needed to call the 800 phone number to resolve the issue.
Robert RDrop off was a gas station not a U Haul, so very convenient for a drop off but only a drop off.
Sheila HCommunication between offices needs to be more fluid... Meriden Rd was very helpful... Milldale was confused... did not know of my email... from the other office... I wasn't able to just grab and go... he did not... walk around vehicle... check gas.... etc... It was not all bad... because of the Meriden Rd office... they were great...
