The vehicle was returned and a staff member came out and checked the vehicle and about 2 hours later called and stated there is a $25 cleaning fee for not sweeping the vehicle out. I feel this should have been explained at the time of rental just like gas, mileage and other expenses were explained

April CoronaUpdate the vehicles! I rented from another location before and those vehicles were all equipped with back up cameras, Bluetooth compatible, had less damages done to inside/outside of vehicle, etc. Other than that customer service was impeccable! Wish I knew the woman's name that helped me and did my check in. Her name started with a M but I cannot remember for the life of me. She was such a delight! (A hint* she said she's been there for fifteen years)

Cyrus PatellI was charged $20 for an after-hours fee when the Cargo Van was returned on time. I was also charged for 2 gallons of gas when the Cargo Van was brought back with the gas gauge at the exact level when I picked the Cargo Van up. I canceled a rental for 05/31/22 because of these overcharges. Do yourself a favor and rent your Uhaul someplace else.

Aaron TaylorNext time we definitely need to check the gas and milage. We were charged for 4 miles to drive less than 16 city blocks . Because of this we were charged and extra 50$ in gas fees. And the truck needs servicing . Very disappointed ☹️
AMANDA LLOYDThis location was completely uncooperative and lazy as F. They said they had no dollies, but didn't look. They said they had no mattress covers, and we were looking right at them. So they HAD to get up and walk 2 feet and get one. I refused to sign the rental agreement because the gas was way off and they wouldn't go to the truck to look at it. I hate Uhaul.

I would 100 % recommend using their services to anyone who needs an in town rental in the area. I would use them again for sure.

Lucien Anthony WebbI ordered moving blankets and a dolly I was not able to get either. They didn't have the key to the supply closet. I must stress that was very inconvenient. I was moving from Philadelphia to Chicago and had alot of heavy furniture. It was very back breaking carry everything. I'm very disappointed with uhaul for that reason.

WANDA BARNESWhen I first rented my vehicle the agent never explained in details the rates and how it would be divided, also at this location they have changed management several times and at some point in time they didn't help with understanding about extending my reservations, I'm quite surprised at my final billing and quite disturbed over unanswered questions and explanations during my usage of my contract of 180 days.

I ended up spending 145.36. on a 29,95 Truck Disclosure of all applicable fees would be a good practice for this business. Thanks
