Maybe the counter lady could be more personable. Seemed annoyed and borderline rude. I was having issues with my reservation CC. She did her best to be accommodating, but still managed to be rude. My daughter nose was running and this women was annoyed at how much tissue she used. Another employee offered plenty of tissue.

The van that I rented tire pressure was very low. I ended up putting too much gas did not get reimbursed for that so I paid more than I expected needs more maintenance.
JESSICA ANo on equipment - The gas fumes filled the cabin! We had to drive with the windows down (PA to VA over 150 miles). The truck was clean, Ty.
ILLONDA MMy pickup location changed 3 times. The final location it changed to didn’t even have the moving equipment I already ordered and paid for to help me move. The lock box wouldn’t open so delayed me 90 minutes and ate into the time I had booked movers for. Very frustrating experience but the manager there was helpful when they opened up for business
