I picked this location after reading the reviews. The reviews were correct. The equipment was in good shape. Glenda was great. We had no issues whatsoever.

BRIAN KI do not have an issue with the location, personnel, or the service. The issue I encountered was due to the cabin leak from the top of the roof. Water streamed from the top of the vehicle the entire time. All of my belongings on the passenger seat began to get wet before I realized that is was a continuous situation and moved them. I was fortunate enough to be driving without a passenger, like I initially planned, because if so, that individual would have been unable to comfortably ride in that condition.
OGAMI WAll four tires were low on air. And this location has no air hose etc. Unfair to expect the customer to go elsewhere and take care of that elsewhere even if they were willing to reimburse me for the expense (which they were). Merci.
KEVIN SThere is a serious vibration in the rear area when traveling above 60 MPH on the high way. It could be as simple as wheel balance or tire change. Maintenance definitely needed. Was still able to accomplish my mission. Appreciate the convience of this location and always able to accommodate me.

Audrey WThe entire experience was not as it was supposed to be. I spoke with Linda and she had originally made me feel wonderful telling me I could pick up my rental if I got there before 5:00 on Friday. I got there at 4:45 and the place was closed! Upset I called Uhaul, they did manage to get tyanother employee Angie, to come help me make this happen as I had a balloon install at 6:00 am the next day. When she got there, Angie had informed me that Linda had not "set" the van for me at all for mobile pickup which is what I signed up for! It would have absolutely cost me EVERYTHING the next morning when I got there at 6:00 am to pick up this van and wouldn't have had been able to due to her not setting it for me for mobile pick up. I was then told it would have been 9:00 AM before I would have been able to get it! (BALL DROPPED!). Any way, Angie made it possible for me to get the van and I appreciated that. However when i got home, I received a text asking me all these questions about the condition of the van, which I tried to complete but it wouldn't accept because it said that had to be done on the premises…Angie didn't tell me that nor did the van get a look over before me leaving. I did my due diligence and took my pictures anyway!!! The van was filthy and personal items from the previous renter were left in the van! I however returned it swept out and replaced the small amount of gas I used. It just wasn't a good experience! Now I see I have been charged an additional $8 and no idea why!!!! I already was charged $76!!!!

John BDisappointed in your return mechanism, ie; computer based requirements to up load pics and condition of truck. WTF is your recommendation when the system is down, not allowing download of pics and information to prove all is correct,, to include fuel level, etc! I tried to conduct your turn in requirements, but as luck would have it, your system was jacked up! So your company charged me an additional $20 for being unable to upload required pics! Not happy!

larry rI feel the amount I paid was wrong and that the company ripped me off for at least $1 000 dollars today this transaction was a scam and I will let people know about this and never to do business with this company anymore because you will get ripped off
Louis SThe truck was decent. I was charged 0,99 per mile plus $30 for the rental , plus $30 for gas when it needed to be at the half but it was left at 1/4 that isn't $30 worth of gas. So I was charged $115 total for a 3 hour rental. I can get a better quality truck for less . I won't be renting again.

I had a good bit of questions as I've never rented a U-Haul before and she thoroughly helped me out without making me feel like I should just know all of this.
