lee tAbsolutely wild. I was never confirmed with a phone call about my reservation. My reservation was changed the day of when I was supposed to pick up. Not to mention, the woman who works at the Augusta Rd location had the nerve to call me the day after I dropped off the truck, AND HANDED HER THE KEY, to call and ask me when was I was going to drop off the truck because it was 12 hours past my drop off time. When I explained to multiple times that it was already dropped off much earlier and handed her the keys, she started to accuse me of lying and that I was running off with the truck. Plus she had to no idea that there were blankets and a dolly in the truck. I will never go or use U-Haul again.
