The parking was non existent while work at the site is underway. I never should have been sent to this site to drop off my rental.

Overall a terrible experience. From changing my prefered pick up place and adding extra mileage to my trip, to then having to checkin without anyone, to then the agreement saying i had 47miles free, to then at checkout not being ble to self checkout because the app didnt work. To then the agreement suddenly saying only 32miles were included, to me filling up the tank to the correct amount only to be charged for fuel again, even though i filled it up. Terrible first time experience.
Jordan SGet rid of this location. Crooks! Since I was charged for 2 gallons of gas and only put on 9 miles, which equates to 4,5 mpg. I suggest getting new more economical vehicles, or get rid of that location that rips people off.
Mary RThe truck had about 2 in of frozen rain and snow on the windshield and the hood. I had to walk back to my car to get my snow scraper and chip off the ice and snow to free up the windshield wipers. I feel that good customer service would be to have that windshield clean of snow before I took the truck out.

Thomas WI give them excellent because very nice people to work with BUT the check in and check out was horrible and not their fault. It is not user friendly. I went from Budget all the time and its in and out fast but this time they had no pick ups.
