Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisOrigin site told us to drop at MN Automotive, but staff at MN Auto told us they do not accept drop-offs, sent us to a Uhaul a mile away, very helpful and apologetic. The Coon Rapids Uhaul told us we had the wrong vehicle and that it had already been returned. Told us to park it in the middle of a 4" puddle with no way to dryly exit vehicle. Took awhile to ensure our truck was properly returned "in the system". Overall rental experience subpar with poor customer service and communication.

Jonathan GOverall a terrible experience. From changing my prefered pick up place and adding extra mileage to my trip, to then having to checkin without anyone, to then the agreement saying i had 47miles free, to then at checkout not being ble to self checkout because the app didnt work. To then the agreement suddenly saying only 32miles were included, to me filling up the tank to the correct amount only to be charged for fuel again, even though i filled it up. Terrible first time experience.
Jordan SGet rid of this location. Crooks! Since I was charged for 2 gallons of gas and only put on 9 miles, which equates to 4.5 mpg. I suggest getting new more economical vehicles, or get rid of that location that rips people off.
